ScanX Default Package

Overview

The ScanX Default Package is available to you in our Production environment, allowing you to begin using the ScanX solution immediately while the full implementation is underway.

With this package, you'll get:

  • Back Office Workflow
  • Default Scorecard

This package ensures you’re up and running in no time, helping you get the most out of ScanX.

At the start of the ScanX project, you will receive a system-generated welcome email to create your accounts in Production.

Back Office Workflow

The Back Office Workflow allows you to start using the ScanX immediately by manually entering merchant data into our Landing Page. Once the data entry is completed, a Scorecard is automatically generated, providing you with an overview of the merchant’s profile and associated metrics.

  • In the Workspace, click the Launch button in the top-left corner

  • Select Back Office and click Launch in the bottom-right corner

  • A new tab will open with the Landing Page where you can enter merchant data
    • In Production: please ensure you enter only real data. Note that third-party services (e.g., TINCheck and KYC SiteScan) will incur charges in Production.

  • Navigate through the landing pages, complete the mandatory fields, and then click Finish on the final page

Once completed, you can close the tab and return to the Workspace. You should now see the newly added Scorecard in the Workspace.

Default Scorecard

The default Scorecard includes in-house NMI scoring rules. If you sign up for TINCheck and KYC SiteScan during the Sales stage, we will create the accounts for you and integrate these checks into the Scorecard.

When running the Scorecard in Production, please note that you will incur charges for TINCheck and KYC SiteScan services.
