Integration events allow you to send scorecard data to third-party integrations based on triggers you select.
To configure integration events, you must have at least one scorecard released within a transaction. To learn more about creating and releasing scorecards, click here.

How-To: Set up a Salesforce Integration Event
The Salesforce integration requires a mapping group to be set up in the Integration Manager before creating your integration event.

Open the Scorecards page from the admin menu.

Click the cog icon in the transaction you would like to set up an integration event for.

In the Scorecard Event panel, click on ‘Add Event’ button

Select the trigger for your integration event

Select ‘Salesforce’ as the Integration type

The Mapping Group field will appear. Select your required Mapping Group. You can click the ‘View Mapping Group’ link to open and review the selected mapping group in the Integration Manager.

Don’t see any mapping groups in the dropdown? You may need to create your first Salesforce mapping group in the Integration Manager. Connect with your Agreement Express representative to learn more.

Click ‘Save’ to save and enable your event. Your scorecard is now configured to launch a Salesforce integration every time the trigger is set off.
Hot-To: Set up an IRIS CRM Integration Event
The IRIS CRM integration requires a mapping group to be set up in the Integration Manager before creating your integration event.
Note: Only IRIS CRM Send Data is supported currently.

Select the trigger for your integration event

Select ‘SFTP’ as the Integration type

The SFTP Profile field will appear. Select your required SFTP profile from the dropdown.
Don’t see any profiles in the dropdown? You may need to create your first SFTP profile by completing all the profile settings.

Click ‘Save’ to save your profile and enable your event. Your scorecard is now configured to launch an SFTP integration every time the trigger is set off.

Applied changes to your SFTP profile? Click ‘Save Changes’ to update the profile and enable the integration event.

NOTE: When saving changes to profile settings, all integration events referencing the modified profile will also be updated.

In the Scorecard Event panel, click on ‘Add Event’ button

Select the trigger for your integration event

Select ‘HTTPS’ as the Integration type

The HTTPS Profile field will appear. Select your required HTTPS profile from the dropdown.
Don’t see any profiles in the dropdown? You may need to create your first HTTPS profile by completing all the profile settings.

Click ‘Save’ to save your profile and enable your event. Your scorecard is now configured to launch an HTTPS integration every time the trigger is set off.

Applied changes to your existing HTTPS profile? Click ‘Save Changes’ and ‘Save’ in the confirmation dialog to update the profile and enable the integration event.
NOTE: When saving changes to profile settings, all integration events referencing the modified profile will also be updated.
