This guide will show you how to make the most out of Agreement Express' new Views feature. This powerful feature will help you organize your agreements for easy access and even share them with others.

5.1 Create or Update a View

Start by opening any view in Agreement Express. When you log into the new workspace for the first time you are automatically taken to the All view to view all of the agreements that you have access to.

As soon as you modify any view, you will be presented with the option to Save the view or Save As a new view.
Perform any of the following actions to modify the View and reveal the Save tab.

Expand the Save tab.

Select one of the following options

Save View:
This option will override the current view with the changes applied.
You cannot override a System Default view (ie, All, Drafts, Waiting on Me) or a view that has been shared with you. Use the Save As New View button instead to save your changes. -
Save As New View:
This option will save your changes as a new view.-
Upon clicking this option, you will be presented with a dialog to enter a name for your view.

Click Save to proceed.

Your view will be automatically added to the View Bar and the Manage Views menu.

5.2 Open a View
Option 1: View Bar
Any views that you have saved previously or shared with you will be shown in the view bar

Click Agreements from the Universal Header

Navigate to the View Bar highlighted in the screenshot below.
The numbers indicate the number of agreements that fall under in this filter.
Tip: Use these filters to prioritize your work and keep an eye on the size of your queue! -
Click on a View.

The grid will automatically update to display the selected view.
Option 2: Manage Views Menu

Click Agreements from the Universal Header

Navigate to the View Bar highlighted in the screenshot below.

Click on Manage Views
-
A menu will automatically display on the right side of the screen.

Click on a view to open it
-
The Grid will automatically update with the selected view
5.3 Share a View

Navigate to the Manage Views menu (see 5.3 Option 2: Manage Views Menu)

Identify the View
-
Click the Share Icon to open the Share View dialog
-
Select the individuals to share this view with
-
Click Update
-
The individuals selected should now have access to the view. Any updates you make to this view will be automatically shared with these users.
5.4 Delete a View

Navigate to the Manage Views menu (see 5.3 Option 2: Manage Views Menu)

Identify the View
-
Click the Delete button
-
A warning dialog will now appear. Click Delete to proceed.
5.5 Show or Hide a View
Control the views that are visible in the View Bar.

Navigate to the Manage Views menu (see 5.3 Option 2: Manage Views Menu)

Click the eyeball icon to show or hide a view.

Click and drag the stacked line icon to rearrange a view
Pro tip: The top-most view will be loaded automatically every time you log in.
