Overview
This guide will show you how to filter your agreements and modify the columns in your view.
- Intended Audience: Any Publisher or Company Admin of Agreement Express.
- Prerequisites: Publisher access and above
Instructions
Follow these steps to perform a free-text search for your Agreements.
- Navigate to the Quick Search bar at the top right of the screen
- Begin typing your search criteria. The Quick Search feature will automatically search across all fields in the grid.
- As you start typing, the grid will automatically update with your results.
Filter Data
Follow these steps to filter the data in the Workspace.
- Hover over a column to reveal the column's Menu button.
- The filter will display by default
- Enter filter criteria
- Click out of the menu panel or Enter on your keyboard
- The data in the Grid is now filtered by the criteria provided
Export
Follow these steps to export the data in your view in Workspace to CSV or Excel.
- Click the three dot menu in the top right of the screen
- Select Export CSV or Export Excel
- Once the download is complete a file should now be available on your computer containing all data from your filter results (ie, export_<Company Name>_DD_MM_YYYY.xlsx)
Note: As of the 22.08 release (June 2022),
- All filtered data results are automatically included in the export - scrolling is no longer required!
- The Export functionality has moved from a right click in the grid to the three dot menu described above.
Add/Remove Columns
Follow these steps to add or remove columns from your view.
- Hover over a column to reveal the column's Menu button. Click it to open the Column Menu
- Click the Waffle icon to display a list of all columns (field properties) available
- Check/uncheck columns as desired.
Additional tips:
- You can search for columns using the search bar within the menu
- Show or hide columns all by clicking the checkbox at the top of the menu beside the Search bar
- Looking for a data field that isn’t in this list? Contact a member of the Agreement Express team to add it!
Pin Columns
Follow these steps to pin a column to your view.
- Hover over a column to reveal the column's Menu button.
- Click Settings within the Menu
- Navigate to Pin Column
- Select your desired pin style.
