Tags can be used to add a quick note on an agreement for easy filtering & searching.
This guide will show you how to add and manage tags in the new workspace.

Publisher or Company Admin

Tags column added to your company by a Company Admin

See Administration > Grid Manager > Add Field

Select “Tags” from the Field dropdown, add a Category, Column Header and click Save

5.1 Add or Remove Tags
Option 1: Add or Remove tags to a single agreement

Within the Tags column, hover over a cell to reveal the pencil icon

Click the pencil icon to display the Manage Tags dialog. From here you can:

Remove existing tags by clicking the blue X

Add new tags by entering your text and pressing Enter

Click Update to apply your changes
Option 2: Add or Remove tags to multiple agreements

Select the checkboxes for multiple agreements to reveal the Action Bar

Click Manage Tags to open the Manage Tags dialog

From the Manage Tags dialog all tags associated with the selected agreements will be consolidated here.
From here you can:-
Remove existing tags by clicking the blue X.
All selected agreements that have this particular tag will be impacted. No changes will be made to agreements without this tag. -
Add new tags by entering your text and pressing Enter. All selected agreements will have this new tag applied.

Click Update All to apply changes.
5.2 Viewing Tags

To add the Tags column to your view, start by clicking the three line menu on any column

Navigate to the Columns tab of the Column menu.

Search for Tags and ensure that the checkbox has been selected for this column
(Note: Your company admin may have given this column another name) -
Once the Tags column is in your view, you will see the Tags listed for each agreement

If you have more tags than the column width allows, the tags are automatically hidden from view.
You can still filter and search by these hidden tags.
Click the + more text to review all hidden tags.

Legacy MV2 Tags
Company level tags created in MV2 will automatically appear in the new Workspace.
We have decommissioned Personal level tags. Going forward, all tags will be visible by all team members within the company.
