Release 21.11
The 21.10 Release is scheduled for deployment on August 18th, 2021. Updates will be available in your production environment on August 19th, 2021 unless otherwise noted. Included in this release will be enhancements to net-new features in addition to enhancements to current features you may already be familiar with. AEX CORE UPDATES
Team View for ScanX
Why did we make this change? Workspace in MV2 provides fantastic features and flexibility for Publishers of transactions, but Underwriters and Managers require the ability to better monitor risk scorecards in their team dashboard. All users require the ability to create custom filtered views, and to quickly navigate between them. So, we’ve made a major addition to Workspace called Team View.
Who is impacted? Team View is now available for all ScanX customers!
Is any Action Required? Team View can be accessed by clicking the ‘Team View’ link in your Workspace Dashboard:
Description: Team View allows all members of an Underwriting team to Search, Filter, and Group their ScanX team queue. Further, all users have the ability to save custom views to quickly access the data you’re looking for! This can be used to filter by partner channel, assigned underwriter, status, and much more. Signing UX - Pre-populate Name (SD Viewer)
Why did we make this change? When a user is completing Registration-less Signing, they should not have to input their First and Last Name if it already exists on the form. This new feature takes care of it.
Who is impacted? All end-users of published documents with the new Registration-less Signing UX enabled.
Is any Action Required? Requires enrollment in the new Registration-less Signing UX. Contact your CSM for more information.
Description: Account Owner(s) First and Last Name will pre-populate in the Registration-less Signing Screen if it already exists on the form they are attempting to sign.
WorkGroups - Performance Enhancement
Why did we make this change? Workgroup filters in the Bulk Send Case Viewer can take upwards of a minute to load for large companies. So we’ve optimized things to dramatically speed things up.
Who is impacted? All users of Bulk Send.
Is any Action Required? No action is required.
Description: We’ve optimized the inner workings of the Workgroups Filter so that filter results are produced within seconds (if not instantaneous!).
ScanX - Update Keyword Search Lookup Table
Why did we make this change? The AEX Keyword Search ScanX Rule does not flag for enough words. This is an important tool, so we’ve enhanced it.
Who is impacted? All users of the ScanX scorecard.
Is any Action Required? No, for new ScanX Scorecards created after the release. The list can be manually updated for existing customers by contacting your CSM or support@agreementexpress.com
Description: AEX has updated the ScanX Lookup Table for AEX Keyword Search. The list now contains 300+ high risk words, all of which are configured to trigger a review flag if found in the Business Name (Legal or DBA), URL, or Description of Products and Services. Customers are still able to add/remove words from this list in the ScanX Editor > AEX Keyword Search scoring rule configuration.
Bug Fixes
Clicking Next Action does not take to the page with first required field
Description: In the new viewer navigation, an adjustment has been made that if you jump ahead to a page with no required fields/signatures, clicking on the Next Action button will take you to the first page with required fields/signatures instead of just the previous page.
Mobile - Fidelity E-Consent difficult to read and to navigate
Description: For those signing Fidelity transactions on a mobile device, the e-consent panel (presented on load) has been adjusted to better fit a mobile screen.
