The purpose of this how-to guide is to highlight the basic functionalities of the X-Ray interface.

X-Ray has been configured for the company by a member of the Agreement Express Team.

User Permissions:

Role: Company Admin and above

Security Profile: DATA_DICTIONARY_EDIT

4 - Instructions
4.1 - Open X-Ray
Follow these steps to filter the data in X-Ray.

Log into Agreement Express
-
Select your company (if applicable)
-
In the left panel of the Workspace, click X-Ray

X-Ray will open in a new tab
4.1 - Filter Data
Filter is only enabled for these select fields:

Field Name
-
Source Name
-
Source Transactions
You can Export the data to further manipulate the data externally in Excel/Google Sheets.

Follow these steps to filter the data in X-Ray.

Hover over a column to reveal the column's Menu button.

Click the Funnel icon

Enter filter criteria
-
Upon entering filter criteria in step 3, an optional second filter criteria section will show.
Populate if required, otherwise leave the section empty if a second filter is not required. -
Click out of the menu panel

The data in X-Ray is now filtered by the criteria provided
4.2 - Export
Follow these steps to export the data in your view in X-Ray to CSV or Excel.

Click the three dot menu in the top right of the page

Select Export CSV or Export Excel

As your file downloads the following message will appear on the bottom left of the screen.
Note: Large files can take several minutes to download. -
Once the download is complete a file should now be available on your computer containing data from X-ray. (ie, <Company name>-X-Ray-<MM>_<DD>_<YYYY>.csv)
4.3 - Add/Remove Columns
Follow these steps to add or remove columns from your view in X-Ray

Hover over a column to reveal the column's Menu button.

Click the Waffle icon to display a list of all columns (field properties) available in X-Ray

Check/uncheck columns as desired
Additional tips:-
You can search for columns using the search bar within the menu

Show or hide columns all by clicking the checkbox at the top of the menu beside the Search bar

Collapse all column categories using the arrow beside the Search bar. Each category roughly corresponds to the data types supported by X-Ray.

4.4 - Pin Columns
Follow these steps to pin a column to your view in X-Ray.

Hover over a column to reveal the column's Menu button.

Navigate to Pin Column

Select your desired pin style
