TransUnion Permitted Purpose
Problem: When using TransUnion to run consumer credit checks, full results cannot be returned to ScanX when there is a credit freeze enabled.
Solution: TransUnion credential configuration allows partners to set their Permitted Purpose to bypass credit freezes and return full results.

Persist Underwriter Reason Code in Actions Panel
Problem: After previously selecting Pending Reason Codes in the Scorecard Viewer, the selected reason codes would not display as selected after refreshing the Scorecard or returning to it later. The system was logging the selection, but it was not shown to the user which was confusing.
Solution: Selected reason codes will persist in the Scorecard Viewer so it's clear to the user which code(s) were previously selected.

TINCheck IRS Uptime Website Indication
Problem: When the TINCheck service is down and unable to be queried by ScanX, the error message directs users to ScanX Support who can't do anything to resolve the issue and it's an inefficient way for partners to be informed that TINCheck is down.
Solution: When TINCheck returns specific error codes that indicate the service is unavailable, ScanX will display a message with a link to the IRS' TINCheck status page for partners to view the status of the service so they can quickly and easily check rather than having to ask ScanX Support.
