Underwriter Comments in Standard and Merchant Central Postbacks
Problem: When an underwriter leaves comments in ScanX, the comment only exists on the Scorecard and doesn't post back to our external systems or to the associated lead record in Merchant Central.
Note: this does not include Salesforce, we will be adding support for Salesforce comment postbacks later in Q3 2024.
Solution: Underwriter comments can now be connected in the Merchant Central integration to postback to a specific Notes tab in Merchant Central and in the standard postback to add comments to your own integrated tools.
Automatically Available? Partners will need to update their Merchant Central integration to connect Comments to Merchant Central Notes. Similarly, for the standard postback, partners will need to update the configuration to return comments.
Email notification when Scorecard is assigned to a user
Problem: As an underwriter, I don't receive a notification that I've been assigned to a Scorecard when I'm not in ScanX and don't know if there's any waiting for me without logging in.
Solution: ScanX users can enable email notifications for themselves to receive an email notification when a Scorecard is assigned to them.
Automatically Available? Yes, users will just need to enable the setting in their Personal Details.
Fix GIACT_INFO Lookup Table
Problem: Some GIACT reason codes are cutoff and not displaying the full output, this also results in cutoff reason codes on the Decision Report.
Solution: ScanX default lookup table for GIACT gIdentify has been updated to include the full reason code description.
