WORKSPACE
Scheduled ScanX - Updated Sort Order
Problem: Scheduled scorecards that were going to be run next were displayed at the bottom of the list making it hard to view which scorecards were going to run next.
Solution: The sorting order of scheduled scorecards was reversed so the next scorecards that will run are at the top.
Automatically available? Yes.
New Report - Declines by Reason
Problem: There is no way to see the number of declines by reason.
Solution: The new Declines By Reason report shows the count of declines by each reason code over a specified time period.
Automatically Available: Yes.
SCANX
LexisNexis Business Risk Indicators Watchlist Handling
Problem: I want to ignore specific watchlists returned for the LexisNexis Business Risk Indicators rule (LexisNexis Business InstantID).
Solution: In the ScanX Editor > Credentials Manager, you can identify specific watchlist codes for LexisNexis InstantID. If the WL or 11 codes are returned, the Scorecard will only flag if the watchlists are included in your credentials settings.
Automatically Available: Yes, but you will have to add requested watchlists to your credentials settings
Combination (LexisNexis+OpenCorporates) Business Owner Link
Problem: If I am running both LexisNexis Auth Rep Linkage and OpenCorporates Business Owner Link rules, there is no way to factor in a matching result from one no match to another in order to pass the rule.
Solution: Combination Business Owner Link rule will check the results of both LexisNexis Auth Rep Linkage and OpenCorporates Business Owner Link rules and if there is a match from either, the rule will pass.
Automatically Available: No, this needs to be added to scorecards.
BUG FIXES
KYC SiteScan Error on DBA field being empty when Legal Name = Owner1/Control First & Last Name
Problem: When the Legal Name of the business is equal to the Owner or Control First and Last Name and DBA is empty, KYC SiteScan returns an error.
Solution: No error is returned and the Owner or Control first and last name are valid entries for the legal name when no DBA is provided.
Automatically Available: Yes.
MCC Volume Risk flags incorrectly if used with MCC Maximum Ticket
Problem: When MCC Volume Risk and MCC Maximum Ticket are on the same scorecard, they are incorrectly flagging based on each other's scoring thresholds.
Solution: Each MCC scoring rule checks the correct scoring threshold.
Automatically Available: No, the MCC rule will need to be removed and added back to the scorecard.
