New Rule: Experian Vantage Credit Score
Problem: I want to use VantageScore instead of FICO credit score with the Experian Credit Profile integration in ScanX.
Solution: A new ScanX Rule is available that supports VantageScore v3 and v4 with Experian Credit Profile.
Automatically Available? The rule will have to be added to your scorecard. Also, VantageScore must be enabled on your Experian Credit Profile account. Lastly, your Experian Credit Profile account credentials must be for the new V2 JSON API. Contact your Customer Success Manager for more information.
MATCH Report Name (Owner Name + Business Name)
Problem: When I download MATCH Reports in ScanX the filenames are not descriptive. I don't know which report is for which Owner/Business.
Solution: The MATCH Report filenames are updated to provide reference to the related owner/business.
Automatically Available? Yes, on newly published scorecards with MATCH enabled.
Bug Fix: EverC Check Scan Task - Update retries
Problem: In some cases, when an EverC scan is not quickly completed, ScanX does not correctly retrieve the scan results.
Solution: The retry attempts for the EverC ScanX integration are updated so that longer scans will not timeout.
Automatically Available? Yes, if you're utilizing EverC scoring rules in ScanX.
IRIS CRM INTEGRATION
Unable to postback Phone number to IRIS
Problem: In some scenarios, the integration to update data in IRIS CRM is failing due to phone number formatting issues.
Solution: A new setting is added to the IRIS CRM Integration Manager that allows you to apply phone number formatting to fields. This will convert numbers to the format required for the IRIS Update Lead API.
Automatically Available? No. The integration manager settings for phone number fields should be updated. For assistance, contact your Customer Success Manager or support@agreementexpress.com
DIY Scorecard Admin Page - IRIS GET Support
Problem: I cannot access the field mapping configuration for integrations that retrieve data from IRIS CRM when a lead status is updated. For example, I want to edit the mapped fields for launching a Scorecard when the IRIS Lead Status is set to 'Ready for Underwriting'.
Solution: IRIS GET Integrations are now available in the new Scorecard Administration Page.
