Marketplace Risk Scoring Rule
Problem: I want to trigger flags if a Merchant website is detected as a marketplace by KYC Sitescan. Marketplace websites may indicate risk that should require manual review and be brought to the Underwriter's attention via flags.
Solution: ScanX now offers a new scoring rule: Marketplace Risk. KYC Sitescan has a new Marketplace Indicator that is returned by their API and also indicated in the PDF Sitescan report. We will use this data to trigger flags/scores based on if the website is detected as a marketplace or not.
Automatically Available? No, the new rule will have to be added to your scorecard.
KYC Sitescan - BBB Remove Review Flag for No Result
Problem: I don't want to trigger flags if the Better Business Bureau (via KYC Sitescan integration) returns no results.
Solution: Our default lookup table is updated to not trigger flags if BBB does not return a result.
Automatically Available? No, the rule will have to be removed and re-added to your scorecard. Contact your customer success manager or support for assistance.
Workspace UI and Filtering
Problem: I want to understand in workspace if Correspondence has been Sent or Responded to. Today, there is no way to see this in Workspace.
Solution: Workspace now supports a new Correspondence Status indicator column. We have also added a Correspondence Updated column so you can see when the last correspondence request was sent or responded to.

AEX Footer Visibility Toggle
Problem: I don't want to see the Agreement Express footer at the bottom of my landing page forms.
Solution: The Agreement Express Footer can be hidden using a company setting.
