Release 22.03
The 22.03 Release is scheduled for deployment to US Production on March 9th, Updates will be available in your production environment on March 10th, 2022 unless otherwise noted. Included in this release will be net-new features in addition to enhancements to current features you may already be familiar with. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) should you have any questions about features in this release and their impact on you or your end clients! The Release to Canadian Production will be on Friday, March 11th, 2022.
BUG FIXES
Priority Field Data Loading
Description: When using Action Center, users were finding that occasionally when loading Action Center, the transaction cards would display “no priority field data”. The issue has been resolved in Action Centre where sometimes priority field information did not load initially, and priority fields will now always load.
Who is impacted? Any users leveraging Action Center.
Is any Action Required? No, this fix will automatically be deployed to your Production Environment. If your company prefers to offer browser auto-population it can be manually enabled for you. Just reach out to our Support team for details.
ENHANCEMENTS
Landing Page Launching Load Times
Description: When launching a transaction in Agreement Express, some users have experienced slowness. This fix will enhance the speed from clicking on the Floating Action Button (FAB) and the loading time of the landing pages.
Who is impacted? Any users launching transactions within Agreement Express
Is any Action Required? No, this fix will automatically be deployed to your Production Environment.
Signing viewer- remove transaction paused dialogue
Description: As a Company Admin/Publisher, I need to review documents and approve them on a regular basis, multiple times a day. If my transactions are in a Case, I may only require action on one of the transactions - however, a dialog is constantly popping up notifying me that transactions are “paused”. This fix will remove the transaction paused dialogue.

Access Control
Description: Access Control allows you to create Groups within your company for the purpose of supporting your sales teams, partners, branches, offices, and more! When you enable Access Control in your company, all created agreements will be associated with a specific Group. Access Control Groups (ACGs) allow you to limit which members of your organization are able to view agreements related to each channel, who can make ScanX Risk Underwriting decisions, and who is able to manage the members of the groups. You will also be able to filter reporting to gain increased visibility of your Groups and their operations activities. Access Control is recommended for all companies that want the ability to provide a unique experience for specific Groups. You can control which agreement types are visible to each Group, get reporting data on each Group, and even enable Managers for each Group who are able to add/remove group members and assign member roles.
Who is Impacted? Access Control will not impact your current setup in AEX. If you would like to explore adding Access Control functionality in your company, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager!
Is any Action Required? Yes, this feature will have to be enabled in companies who would like to utilize Access Control Groups.
IRIS CRM Integration Manager
Description: AEX is releasing an exciting new integration with IRIS CRM! The IRIS CRM Integration Manager allows customers who work with IRIS CRM to Create and Update Lead records when Scorecards, or Landing Pages are completed in AEX.
This enhancement allows IRIS CRM customers to update their field mapping in AEX using our new Integration Manager tools. This is available for Company Administrators to access. The IRIS CRM Integration Manager syncs with your IRIS CRM environment in real-time, allowing you to configure field mapping to support all of your custom fields in IRIS. You can also utilize our Data Transformation tools to manage the formats of the data sent to your IRIS Lead records.
Who is Impacted? All customers who use IRIS CRM can take advantage of the IRIS CRM Integration Manager.
Is any Action Required? Yes, to have the IRIS CRM Integration Manager enabled in your AEX company, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager!
IRIS CRM Subscription Webhook
Description: AEX is also releasing a very exciting Subscription Webhook for IRIS CRM customers! The Subscription Webhook allows you to launch ScanX Risk Scorecards, or Landing Pages automatically when the Lead Status of an IRIS CRM record is updated to specific values. For example, if you update your IRIS Lead Status to ‘Ready For Underwriting’, AEX will automatically publish a new ScanX Risk Underwriting Scorecard, and retrieve all of the data from that IRIS Lead Record to begin the Underwriting process!
The IRIS CRM Subscription Webhook provides AEX+IRIS customers with the ability to supercharge the automation of Onboarding and Risk Underwriting/Compliance Operations between the two systems.
Who is Impacted? All customers who use IRIS CRM can take advantage of the IRIS CRM Subscription Webhook.
