Release 22.12

The 22.12 Release is scheduled for deployment to US Production on Wednesday, September 14th, 2022. Updates will be available in your production environment on Thursday, September 15th, 2022 unless otherwise noted. The Release to Canadian Production will be on Friday, September 16th, 2022 and will be available to users as of Saturday, September 17th, 2022. This release note includes net-new features and enhancements to current features you may already be familiar with. ENHANCEMENTS

Access Control manager - Prevent Manager+Publisher Access

Description: When Access Control Groups are enabled, restrict access to the Access Control Manager for Publishers and ACG members with Manager roles to edit existing users only.

Access Control Group - Deactivate Access Group

Description: As a Company Admin, I want to be able to deactivate an access control group. For example, maybe I no longer want to allow transactions to be created or linked to a specific partner or branch.

Workflow Approvals on Signature Completion

Description: We need to trigger events upon the completion of signatures and prior to transaction completion (ie, a post-signature Approval step). If a workflow contains conditional signature steps these events cannot be configured accurately.

Solution: We have introduced a new event type on Signature Completion that is triggered upon the completion of all signing events and dynamically adjusted based on the conditions of the current live transaction. Whether the live transaction results in one signature level or two, this event is sophisticated enough to trigger at the end of all signatures.

Deprecate the old save and send UI

Description: In the Signing Viewer, the re-designed Save and Send Panel introduced 2 years ago to a limited audience is now available to all users. Our latest interface features a Summary page with advanced features to review and modify signatures prior to sending your forms. There is no change to customers who have had this interface enabled previously.

New Scoring Rule - KYC2020 Scoring Rule (DecisionIQ Screening Decision)

Description: I want to leverage KYC Sitescan's add-on KYC2020 service to trigger flags for PEP, Sanctions, or Watchlist hit results on my scorecard.

Solution: ScanX now supports a new KYC2020 DecisionIQ Scoring Rule.

Automatically Available? No, you will need to have the rule added to your scorecard. Also, you will need to have KYC2020 PEP or Sanctions Watchlists added to your KYC Sitescan Account. There is an additional cost per report associated with this account setup @ KYC Sitescan.
