Release 21.08
The 21.08 Release is scheduled for deployment on June 16th, 2021. Updates will be available in your production environment on June 17th, 2021 unless otherwise noted. Included in this release will be several enhancements to net-new features in addition to enhancements to current features you may already be familiar with. AEX CORE UPDATES
ScanX Scoring Rules - Experian Premier Profile Report
Why did we make this change? This update adds ScanX Risk Scorecard support for Experian Premier Profile Report. This is an important addition to the ScanX scorecard, providing even more benefit than before.
Who is impacted? All users of the ScanX scorecard.
Is any Action Required? No, but requires configuration on a ScanX Risk Scorecard and a contract with Experian.
Description: Experian’s BusinessIQ Premier Profile combines credit risk, fraud checks, and company background into a single report to ensure a thorough business review that facilitates better decision-making. It provides “quick glimpse” views and comprehensive details related to business payment performance, public record history, and background information so you can quickly and precisely determine the creditworthiness of a business.
ScanX now supports three automated scoring rules for Premier Profile Report:
- Business Financial Stability Risk Score - Predicts the likelihood of financial stability risk within the next 12 months. The score uses tradeline and collections information, public filings as well as other variables to predict future risk.
- Business Intelliscore - The score predicts the likelihood of serious credit delinquencies for a business within the next 12 months. Payment history and public record along with other variables are used to predict future risk
- Business Open Bankruptcies - ScanX calculates the number of Open Bankruptcies and assigns a score and flags based on the total count.
Viewer - Add Priority Fields
Why did we make this change? Priority fields are an important tool, and with this update, we’re adding the ability to view them in our new Signing Document Interface.
Who is impacted? All users of Signing documents in the AEX system, provided the new Signing Document Interface is active.
Is any Action Required? Please contact Support to enable the new SD interface. If it’s already on, there’s nothing more to do.
Description: This update enables the ability to view priority fields within the Signing Document Viewer. All users with access to Signing Forms (Publishers, Signers, Company Admins) will be able to expand the left menu to see the priority fields for a particular transaction. Previously, users would have to open a particular transaction and view the forms in order to get context regarding the contents of that agreement. This change allows you to quickly identify a transaction without navigating through the documents.
LP Viewer - Allow user to click anywhere on dropdown field
Why did we make this change? This feature is intended to enhance the mobile phone data input user experience. AEX - now more mobile friendly!
Who is impacted? All Landing Page Publishers and recipients.
Is any Action Required? No action is required.
Description: This update enables a user to click anywhere on a Landing Page dropdown field to expand the dropdown options. Previously, you could only click on the down-arrow to expand the picklist.
Bulk Send - Publishing to Landing Pages & Send Direct
Why did we make this change? This feature enhances our Bulk Send functionality, allowing even more flexibility with the tool.
Who is impacted? All users of Bulk Send.
Is any Action Required? No action is required.
Description: This update enables the ability to publish Landing Pages and ScanX Scorecard transactions by using a Bulk Send CSV. Previously, the Bulk Send tool only supported publishing directly to Signing Forms.
Bug Fixes
Review Signatures - Unsignable by Out-of-Office Assignees
Description: We’ve fixed an issue where Out of Office assignees were unable to sign Review Signatures.
Incorrect Signer Status
Description: An issue has been corrected that sometimes caused the signer status in the Workspace expanded card view to be inaccurate, which affected transaction signing.
Activity Report Total Count Change
Description: An adjustment has been made to the Total Count in the Activity Report (Report section) due to the count sometimes being higher than the transactions shown in Workspace.
