Release 22.08
The 22.08 Release is scheduled for deployment to US Production on Wednesday, June 22nd, Updates will be available in your production environment on Thursday, June 23rd, 2022 unless otherwise noted. The Release to Canadian Production will be on Friday, June 24th, 2022 and will be available to users as of Saturday, June 25th, 2022. This release note includes net-new features and enhancements to current features you may already be familiar with. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) should you have any questions about his release and their impact on you or your end clients!
New Workspace Feature Updates
*New* Workspace- Add tags
Description: As a Publisher/Company Admin, I need to be able to add tags to my Agreements so that I can easily identify them, filter, and search for them.
Solution: We've introduced tagging to the new Workspace! With this feature you can add, remove, and even filter your workspace by tag. The company level tags created in MV2 will automatically appear in the new Workspace. Personal level tags will no longer be supported.
Is any action required? No, all Publishers/Company Admins can add/remove tags.
*New* Workspace- Column Menu
Description: As a workspace user, I am not sure what the current icons mean in the grid column menu. More often than not, I am also looking for the filter option as opposed to the other configuration or column selector tabs.
Solution: We have improved the usability of the Workspace column menu by switching the icons to text - Filter, Settings, and Columns.
Workspace - Enhanced CSV/XLS export function
Description: As a Publisher/Company Admin, I would like to export the data in my view including records that have not been loaded into the front end.
Solution: We have improved the new Workspace's Export feature so that you can export larger amounts of data. Data no longer has to be pre-scrolled and loaded before export - simply click the three dot menu in the top right corner and all data within your current filter will be exported.
Is any Action Required? No, all Publishers/Company Admins can export Workspace Views to CSV/XLS.
Workspace Reports: Enhancement
Description: Reports with a lot of data can be difficult to nagivate and read.
Solution: We've introduced a navigation bar to all Reports so that you can zoom in and scroll across larger amounts of data.
Workspace - Redirect base URL to New Workspace
Problem: When Publishers or Company Admins go to https://us.agreementexpress.net or https://agreementexpress.net, they are automatically redirected to the SimQ login screen instead of the New Workspace Login.
Solution: The URLs above will now take you to the New Workspace login screen.

Postback- New Optimization Postback Task
Description: We now support JSON postbacks with attachments! Reach out to your customer success representative for more information.
KYCSS Adverse Media Rule
Description: I need to trigger flags on my scorecard when Adverse Media is found by KYC Sitescan.
Solution: AEX has added a new rule to the library for KYC Sitescan Adverse Media. This rule will trigger flags if there is negative news found for a business as part of the webcrawl.
Automatically Available? No. In order to use this scoring rule, your KYC Sitescan 'Google Search' module must be configured to search specifically for Adverse Media (this is setup by KYCSS on our account). In addition, you will need to add this scoring rule to your scorecard once your KYCSS account is properly configured.
BUG Fixes
Signatures with CANNOT_DELETE constraint can be deleted after saving SD in Draft
Description: An issue has been resolved where publishers were able to delete signatures marked not deletable when re-opening drafts.
Solution: Publishers can no longer delete signatures marked not deletable when re-opening drafts.
IRIS - IRIS to AEX pushes fail when a tab contains more than one record.
Description: This issue occurs when IRIS pushes a Lead that contains more than one Tab with the same Id. These Tabs will share an ID, but have different Record values.
Solution: Records containing Tabs with multiple Records are accepted/published successfully
Report - Y-axis "Time to Close" does not display when all the median time to close is returned as 0 days
Description: On the Time to Close report and the Underwriter Activity report, when filters are applied and the median time is returned as 0 days (as below attachment)
Solution: the Y-axis always displays in any scenario
SF/IRIS Postback: Decrypt Secure Fields before posting to CRM
Description: Secure Fields in AEX are not properly sent to IRIS CRM or Salesforce using the Integration Manager.
Solution: AEX integration manager now supports secure fields.
Error Handling at the UI Level During Rewind
Description: As a user, when rewinding fails (or there is a connection timeout), the user receives an error message.
Solution: If Rewind does not complete for any reason an error message will be displayed
GET /workflow - Add transRefId to response
Description: For those using the V4 Publishing API, the /workflows/{id} and /workflows GET calls have been updated to include the transaction reference ID (transRefId) in the response.
