New Workspace Feature Updates
Workspace - Renew Password
Description: As a Publisher/Company admin, if my company has a password policy requiring me to update my password on a regular basis, I would like to update it as I log into the Workspace.
Solution: We've updated the Renew Password feature with an updated interface to align with our new workspace. If your company has a password expiry policy these changes will be automatically applied for new Workspace users.
*New* Workspace- Multi-Cancel
Description: As a Workspace user, I would like to be able to cancel multiple agreements at a time.
Solution: Tidy up your workspace in bulk with our upgraded Cancel feature in the new Workspace. You can now select multiple agreements at a time using the Workspace checkboxes and cancel all agreements with one action.
*New* Workspace- Display Cancel in timeline
Description: As a Company Admin/Publisher, I would like to understand if and when an agreement has been cancelled while reviewing the Details Card.
Solution: Cancellations are now identifiable from the Details Card in the Workspace. If a cancellation has occurred, the timeline is updated with a timestamp and the name of the user who performed the cancellation. Cancellation reasons provided at the time of cancellation are made visible in the details card.
Is any Action Required? This feature is automatically available for all new Workspace users.
*New* Workspace- Colorized Statuses
Description: As a Company Admin/publisher, I would like to visually observe the current state of my agreements at a glance so that I can get a contextual understanding of how many items are in progress and may require follow-up.
Solution: Iconography has been added to the Statuses in Workspace! Get a quick overview of the state of your agreements at a glance so that you can focus on the most pressing items in your queue without needing to dive into the details. A full description of the new ScanX Statuses can be found here, while a full description of AEX Agreement Statuses can be found here.
Is any Action Required? This feature is automatically available for all new Workspace users.
*New* Workspace- Action Center Notification
Description: As a Publisher/Company Admin with Action Center, I would like to be notified in the workspace when a new error/task is required from me in Action Center.
Solution: Action Center notifications are now available in the new Workspace. A red dot will appear above the Administration tab to alert you when a failed integration requires followup. Follow the notification to Action Center to review your items.
Is any Action Required? This feature is enabled for all existing Action Center users.
*New* Workspace- Export - Date
Description: As a Workspace user, I would like to be able to export data and process it in excel.
Solution: Exported date formats have been updated for compatibility with common spreadsheet tools (ie, Excel & Google Sheets). You can now export your data from the Workspace and jump straight into applying filters & date calculations without complicated date conversions.
*New* Workspace- Re-share views
Description: As a Workspace user, I would like to be able to reshare a view that has been shared with me.
Solution: Shared views can now be reshared within your company. If a team member has shared a view with you, you can now reshare that view with anyone else in your team.
Is any Action Required? This feature is automatically available for all new Workspace users.
SCANX
*New* ScanX- Secondary Review
Description: I need another team to perform an Approval step after Underwriting makes their risk decision. They need to be able to verify the Underwriter's decision or Rewind the application back with added comments.
Solution: ScanX Secondary Review allows you to enable the second level of workflow that can be configured on your Scorecard template(s). After an Underwriter makes a decision to Approve or Decline, your Review Team will then be forced to perform an approval before locking in the decision. It can be configured so that your Review Team is only required to review Approve decisions (and not Decline), or vice versa. You cannot configure ScanX Review for Auto-Approve or Auto-Decline Scorecards - these decisions, if enabled, will automatically bypass any approval requirements, so the scorecard is completed automatically. You can also configure ScanX Secondary Review to work with Access Control Groups - this enables you to configure Review users at the partner, sponsor bank, or branch level if desired.
Is any Action Required? Yes, this will have to be configured in your ScanX Template. But it's simple to set up!
*New* Scoring rule- TransUnion CA Scoring Rule: TransUnion Credit Score
Problem: I want to perform Consumer Credit Checks in Canada as a part of my Scorecard.
Solution: ScanX is now integrated with TransUnion Canada Consumer Credit! ScanX will trigger flags/scores based on the Credit Score of a Business Owner or Control Person.
More Details: For customers who are interested in Canadian risk underwriting, reach out to your Customer Success Manager to learn more about TransUnion Consumer Credit.
*Update* Scoring rule- Open Corporates Rule Logic Update (Active Status)
Problem: I want to use a lookup table to manage the flags/scores for the KYC Sitescan OpenCorporates Active Status rule in ScanX..
Solution: The Active Status scoring rule now supports a lookup table. You can determine the flag, scores, and recommendation for the three possible results: no_result, true, false
