Release 21.05
The 21.05 Release is scheduled for deployment on April 14th, 2021. Updates will be available in your production environment on April 15th, 2021 unless otherwise noted. Included in this release will be some enhancements to some net-new features in addition to enhancements to current features you may already be familiar with. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) should you have any questions about features in this release and their impact on you or your end clients.
AEX CORE UPDATES
Action Center - Hide the workspace notification when everything is viewed, and Process Filter Notification
Why did we make these changes? In the last release, we added notifications to Workspace so you’d be alerted when there was something in Action Center that needed attention. The first update turns the notification bubble off when all items needing attention have been reviewed. The second update gives the ability to indicate to the user that they need to switch processes via the process filter within Action Center if there are pending tasks for multiple processes.
Who is impacted? All Publishers and Company Admins in Agreement Express who have Action Centre configured will see this update.
Is any Action Required? No action is required in order to activate this new feature, unless your company does not have Action Center configured. Contact your CSM if you would like this enabled in your company.
Description: Update one hides the Workspace indicator that there are active Action Center errors once they have been viewed. When the pending and error notification is off for all processes, it means all the transactions have been reviewed. Update two adds indicators for additional integration processes that have errors.
Bulk Send - Add Tags to Case, Cancel Transaction, Update EAP From Case Card, Cancel Case
Why did we make these changes? These four enhancements provide vital functionality to an already powerful tool.
Who is impacted? All Publishers and Company Admins in Agreement Express will see these updates, if your company is licensed for Bulk Send.
Is any Action Required? No action is required in order to activate these new features. Please speak to your CSM if you are interested in our Bulk Send capabilities.
Description: Update one gives publishers the ability to add tags to a Case Card. Case cards will display tags from the transactions within that case. Update two gives the ability to cancel individual transactions within a case. Update three adds the ability for a Publisher or Admin to update the EAP phone number for signers of a case from the case card if the number is incorrect. The Phone Number update behaves exactly like the Admin setting (sends an email notification and the updates phone number for the user everywhere in current, past + future transactions!). Finally, update four provides the ability to cancel an entire case from the case card in Bulk Send.
Scorecard Only Workspace
Why did we make these changes? We’ve heard from a number of underwriters using the system that our Workspace includes several menu items that they never use. So, to make things easier, we’ve created a security profile that will simplify the Workspace.
Who is impacted? All Publishers and Company Admins in Agreement Express who have access to Scorecards can request this new profile.
Is any Action Required? Contact your CSM or Support if you would like you or your Underwriters to have this new profile activated.

Scorecard - Experian Intelliscore Scoring Rule, KYCSS - Critical Indicators
Why did we make these changes? Our ScanX scorecard is an incredible tool. These two new scoring rules just add to its value.
Who is impacted? All customers with a Scan X scorecard and the Experian and/or KYC SiteScan integrations can add these new rules.
Is any Action Required? Yes, contact your CSM if you would like to have the rules added, or add the rule yourself using the ScanX builder. You’ll also be required to sign a contract with the services as well, if you do not already have one.
Description: Adds support for Experian Intelliscore (Business Credit Score) in the ScanX Scorecard Rule Library. KYC Sitescan returns a count of the Warning and Critical indicators related to a web crawl. These new scoring rules add support for triggering flags based on the number of indicators returned.
