Release 22.04
The 22.04 Release is scheduled for deployment to US Production on March 30th, Updates will be available in your production environment on March 31st, 2022 unless otherwise noted. Included in this release will be net-new features in addition to enhancements to current features you may already be familiar with. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) should you have any questions about features in this release and their impact on you or your end clients! The Release to Canadian Production will be on Friday, April 1st, 2022.
ENHANCEMENTS
Update to MCC Risk Rule: Codes & Functionality Update
Description: We have made an update to the MCC lookup table to allow you to do more with this field. At times, you may want to display Underwriter Recommendations for specific MCC Industry Codes, or you have found some MCC Codes that had not been appearing in your scoring rules. Furthermore, you may want the ability to auto-decline scorecards for specific industries. The ScanX MCC Risk rule will now support Recommendations, Prohibited flags, and additional Industry Codes.
Who is impacted? Any ScanX Users who leverages the MCC Risk Rule in their scorecard
Is any Action Required? Yes! This rule can be added by removing your existing MCC Risk rule and adding it back to your scorecard in the ScanX Editor. You can also contact your Customer Success Manager or Support for assistance in doing this to gain the updated functionality. Please do so by logging a ticket to support@agreementexpress.com and we will be happy to help!
Update to MC MATCH
Description: We have made some enhancements to the MC MATCH integration based on Mastercard’s recommendation to increase the sensitivity of the search. There will now be a DECLINE flag triggered for an Exact Hit on any of the following Fields: merchant_taxId, principal_ssn, merchant_name, merchant_dba. The review flag is triggered if there is a combined 'weighted_value' of 100 or above for the other fields returned. You can see the 'weighted_value' for each possible result in the 'MATCH_Groups' lookup table.
Who is impacted? ScanX Users with MC MATCH Integration. You may see more flags appear for MC MATCH now that will require your review, as these updates increase the frequency of partial hits.
Is any Action Required? If you are interested in this update, please reach out to support@agreementexpress.com so your tables can be updated!
Integration Error Alert to Underwriters
Description: As an underwriter, I need to be informed if there were errors with any of the integrations. In Action Center, if there are integration errors when the scorecard is opened, the UW will see a warning indicator (see below image). Clicking on DISMISS closes the warning, clicking the arrow icon will provide you greater detail. The message appears again if you close/re-open the scorecard and integrations still have an error.
You can expand the the cards in the expanded warning panel to view details for the service (same as the action menu Integration tab cards) - like this:
Who is impacted? Underwriters using the ScanX Scorecard
Is any Action Required? No! This warning message will automatically appear following this release. Feel free to use the Dismiss feature if you are browsing the scorecard while waiting for the integrations to run. If the error appears for any length of time beyond normal integration running speed, locate the failed integration on your scorecard and click “Re-run” to ensure proper checks are completed.
Do Note: In order for rerun to appear as an option on the scorecard, you will need to be part of the underwriting team.
Iris Integration Group Support Enhancement
Description: We have added the ability of users to edit the IRIS Lead Group when creating or updating IRIS Leads within the AEX Integration Manager.
Who is impacted? IRIS CRM Users w/ Company Admin rights responsible for integration set up.
Is any Action Required? No, if your AEX Solution is already integrated to the Iris CRM, this feature will show up automatically.
