Release 22.07
The 22.07 Release is scheduled for deployment to US Production on Wednesday, June 1st, Updates will be available in your production environment on Thursday, June 2nd, 2022 unless otherwise noted. Included in this release will be net-new features in addition to enhancements to current features you may already be familiar with. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) should you have any questions about features in this release and their impact on you or your end clients! The Release to Canadian Production will also be on Friday, June 3rd, 2022 and will be available to users as of Saturday, June 4th, 2022.
ENHANCEMENTS
ScanX Editor - Reorder Pages
Description: I want to reorder the pages in my Scorecard to fit what my underwriters wish to see in priority order.
Solution: You can now update the order of your Scorecard pages in the Scorecard Editor.
Note: A few fields related to Page Weights and Page Scores may be impacted in data postback integrations (if you consume those fields).
Is any action required? No, the ability to change the Scorecard page order is automatically available in the scorecard editor. Any users making changes to their scorecards will now see this capability. See the 3 line icon on the left (and highlighted in yellow) click on these buttons to shift the order of the pages as needed.
LexisNexis Fraud Intelligence- Risk Score Rule
Description: The LexisNexis Fraud Intelligence service returns a three-digit numeric score that predicts the likelihood that an application contains fraudulent or misrepresented information and will result in identity fraud if the account is opened. The three-digit score ranges from 001 (lowest fraud risk) to 998 (highest fraud risk).
Is any Action Required? Yes, if you would like this scoring rule added to your scorecard, please reach out to support@agreementexpress.com to confirm how this will change your scoring model etc.

*New* Workspace Reports: Underwriting Reports - Team Reports - Underwriting Activity
Description:
New report is now available for Underwriters to review aggregate ScanX scorecard decision history and median times to close.
Who is affected by this?
ScanX customers with the following roles:
Accessible by Company Admins
Accessible by a member of the Underwriting team
Accessible by members of an Access Group with the Underwriter role
Accessible by members of an Access Group with the Manager role
*New* Workspace- Transaction ID added to Details Card
Description: As a Workspace user, I would like to be able to identify a transaction ID from a Details Card.
This information is particularly useful if I am looking at linked transactions within the Details panel. Transaction ID's can now be found directly on the Transaction Cards for added convenience.

Who is impacted? Anyone using the new workspace
*New* Workspace- Optional Form Selection for Wealth
Description: As a Publisher, if my transactions have optional forms configured, I would like to add them from the Launcher menu while I am generating my case.
Optional Forms can now be added & removed from the from the new Workspace's Launcher menu. Configurations from MV2 have been automatically carried over and no additional set up will be required for existing Optional Form users.
Bulk Send - Access Group Support
Description: Access Control Groups are now supported in CSV uploads for Bulk Send users.
You can now automatically assign Access Control Groups from your CSV uploads using the column AEXACGroups and the ID if your Access Control Group in each row.
A user can set an Access Control Group for a case created via Bulk Send using the field AEXACGroups
Setting an ACG for one transaction, sets the ACG for the entire case
If multiple transactions have different ACGs, all ACGs are assigned to the entire case
The expected value for AEXACGroups in the CSV is a numerical value representing the Access Group ID.
Multiple ACGs can be assigned to a case using comma separated ID’s. ie, 1, 50, 232
Is any Action Required? No, this functionality will be automatically available when using a CSV upload.
BUG Fixes
Experian - Leading Space Fixes
Description: The Scorecard provides an error with Experian when the First or Last Name fields have leading spaces.
Solution: Experian integration removes leading spaces before sending data to Experian. This fix will solve for any human or API errors that generate leading spaces by accident. This should help enhance the success of Experian data checks.
KYC - Warning Message on Rerun
Description: It is not clear that performing a rerun of KYC Sitescan may take multiple minutes and will update multiple rules on my scorecard at once.
Solution: When an Underwriter attempts to Rerun KYC Sitescan, they will be prompted with a warning.
