Release 21.06
The 21.06 Release is scheduled for deployment on May 5th, 2021. Updates will be available in your production environment on May 6th, 2021 unless otherwise noted. Included in this release will be several enhancements to net-new features in addition to enhancements to current features you may already be familiar with. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) should you have any questions about features in this release and their impact on you or your end clients.
AEX CORE UPDATES
MV2 Admin - Delete User
Why did we make this change? Demoting a former employee to User status removes their ability to access the AEX system. With this new functionality, Company Admins can delete the user from the company, removing them from reporting.
Who is impacted? All Company Admins in Agreement Express will have access to this function.
Is any Action Required? No action is required.
Description: User can now be removed from a Company. To remove an user, select the user and open the Edit User panel. Then click Delete User at the bottom.
Mobile UX - Hide Paperclip in MV2 Viewer
Why did we make this change? Our responsive Landing Pages work great on mobile devices, but attaching a document using a phone can be problematic. So, to limit frustration, we can now hide the attachment paperclip in the UI.
Who is impacted? All users of Agreement Express are eligible to see this update, following a company setting change.
Is any Action Required? This feature is not not enabled by default. Please contact support@agreementexpress.com or your CSM if you would like this feature enabled in your company.
Description: This update hides the paperclip (attachment) button on Landing Pages for both the Publisher and the Recipient.
ScanX Scorecard -
Tooltips, Correspondence UI and viewing requests, Download raw responses
Why did we make these changes? The ScanX scorecard grows more powerful with every release. We’ve added four more great bits of functionality with this one.
Who is impacted? All users of the ScanX scorecard will be able to access the new features noted below.
Exceptions: The new feature “download raw responses” is not included in the core product release and requires a special request to AEX support.
Is any Action Required? No action is required if you are already using the ScanX scorecard. If you’re not already using it, contact your CSM to see the benefits to upgrading your Underwriting team to ScanX! Description:
Tooltips - Adds tooltips to the status indicators in the ScanX Integration Monitor. The Integration Monitor is used to identify if all ScanX Integrations have been completed successfully. Hovering over indicators will display the following status:
- Green = Complete
- Spinner = In Progress
- Red = Error - Rerun this integration or contact support@agreementexpress.com
Correspondence UI - This update allows users to send correspondence from within the ScanX Risk Scorecard. To send correspondence, open the correspondence drawer and click the ‘Compose’ button. You can then enter:
- Recipient Email
- BCC Emails
- Use the toggle to indicate if you would like to be notified by email when the recipient provides a response
- Add Images or Attachments
- Input Subject Line and the content of your email body
Hot Tip: AEX Recommends including the Business Name or another unique identifier in the subject line.
Correspondence UI viewing requests - This update enables the ability to view correspondence requests in the MV2. After opening the ScanX Comments drawer, users will see a new tab to open Correspondence. In this view, you will be able to see all historical correspondence that has been sent from that Scorecard. You can also view correspondence responses in the drawer. Any attachments or files provided by the recipient are automatically attached to the ‘Attachments’ page in the ScanX Action Menu.
Download raw responses - This feature allows Underwriters to download the raw response data from third-party integrations in the ScanX Integration Monitor (within the Action Menu). This can be used to review the full data returned by the integration service, but the data will be in raw code format (JSON or XML).
This feature is not enabled by default. Contact support to have this setting enabled for your Risk Underwriting Team Security Profile.
Viewer - Order of Transactions
Why did we make this change? As a Publisher who is creating a compound transaction, you have told us what you want (and we’ve listened!). Transactions will now appear in the same order in the MV2 viewer as they appeared in your FAB group where the case is published from. It’s just a little easier that way.
Who is impacted? All Publishers in Agreement Express will have access to this new function.
Is any Action Required? No action is required.
Description: When publishing from a FAB Group the order of the transactions will now be consistent with the order they appear in the FAB Group. Behaviour when publishing through the Publishing API is unchanged.
Fidelity - Add WealthScape Validation in Personal Setting section
Why did we make this change? Adding WealthScape into your settings ensures Admins and Publishers alike are able to set/refresh their Wealthscape access token on the fly and as needed.
Who is impacted? All Publishers and Admins in Agreement Express using Fidelity as a custodian will have access to this function.
Is any Action Required? No action is required.
Description: Fidelity Wealthscape access token can now be updated in Personal Settings under the Integration Credentials section.
Bug Fixes
Rewinding only the first Transaction in case breaks email launch link
Description: Resolves an issue where rewinding the first (and only the first) transaction in a case, would result in links to the case previously sent out no longer working.
Wet-ink Transactions Not Completing with Fillable Forms
Description: Triggering a Wet ink workflow (Print, Sign and Send) with fillable forms included will no longer cause the transaction to be incorrectly marked as Active.
Issues with MV2 Admin Page Not Loading
Description: An issue has been resolved where sometimes the Admin page would not load.
