Release 21.17
The 21.17 Release was deployed to US Production on Friday January 7th, 2022 (a slight delay from our typical Wednesday Deployment schedule) . Updates were made available on your production environment on January 8th, 2022. Included in this release will be net-new features in addition to enhancements to current features you may already be familiar with. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) should you have any questions about features in this release and their impact on you or your end clients! The Release to Canadian Production also went out on Friday, January 7th, with updates were made available on your production environment on January 8th, 2022.
ENHANCEMENTS
*ScanX - Audit Log
Description: ScanX now includes a detailed audit log that includes details on the actions performed by an Underwriter when reviewing a risk scorecard.
Solution: Numerous audit events are stored in the ScanX Audit Log, including Scorecard Saved, Scorecard Viewed, Flags Resolved, Underwriter Decisions Made, Scoring Rule Reruns, Scorecard Recalculation, Field Data Changes (including Before/After Values).
Note: This feature will be made available to all Scorecard customers. To access the ScanX Audit Log:
1. Open the scorecard in question
2. Click “Action Menu”.
3. The new Audit Log icon in the ScanX Action Menu will appear:
4. Clicking this button will open a drawer with the Audit Log content displayed. All audit events include the User and Date/Time of the action.
*New Scoring Rule - EverC WebID Risk Scoring Rule
Description: EverC (EverCompliant) is a third-party service that identifies the risk of a merchant’s website.
Solution: EverC returns a risk status after performing a crawl of the merchant’s website content. ScanX uses this risk status to trigger flags and scores on a Scorecard.
Note: This is an integration being added to the AEX Integrations Library. You will want to review this with your underwriting and risk team prior to having it added to your scorecard. You will also, need to set up an account with EverC prior to running their services. For more information, please visit their website at: https://www.everc.com/solutions or reach out to your CSM.
*New Scoring Rule - LexisNexis Business KYB Risk
Description: LexisNexis Business KYB Risk scoring rule has been added to the ScanX rule library. This rule is integrated with the LexisNexis InstantID product.
Solution: This rule is integrated with the LexisNexis InstantID product. LexisNexis returns a Business Verification Index (BVI) score which is used to trigger flags and scores on your ScanX Risk Scorecard.
Note: This is an integration being added to the AEX Integrations Library. You will want to review this with your underwriting and risk team prior to having it added to your scorecard. You will also, likely need to set up an account with LexisNexis. For more information, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
*New Scoring Rule - LexisNexis Business Risk Indicators
Description: The LexisNexis Business Risk Indicators Business scoring rule will now be added to the ScanX rule library. This rule is integrated with the LexisNexis InstantID product.
Solution: This scoring rule will leverage a lookup table to determine if any of the Risk Indicators returned by LexisNexis should trigger flags. The integration can return numerous Risk Indicators, all of them should be compared against the lookup table.

*New Scoring Rule - LexisNexis Individual KYC Risk
Description: LexisNexis Individual KYC Risk scoring rule has been added to the ScanX rule library. This rule is integrated with the LexisNexis InstantID product.
Solution: LexisNexis returns a Consumer Verification Index (BVI) score which is used to trigger flags and scores on your ScanX Risk Scorecard.
Note: This is an integration being added to the AEX Integrations Library. You will want to review this with your underwriting and risk team prior to having it added to your scorecard. You will also, likely need to set up an account with LexisNexis. For more information, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
*New Scoring Rule - LexisNexis Individual Risk Indicators
Description: The LexisNexis Individual Risk Indicators scoring rule will be added to the ScanX rule library.

Fidelity- Account Number Generator Support on LPs (Released in Mid-January)
Description: The Fidelity workflow has been streamlined for both Transitions and New Account Openings. We've updated our Landing Page interface for New Account Openings so that Account Numbers can be generated on Publish.
Account Numbers no longer require extra steps post-client signature and an extraneous step has been removed from the Transitions flow as a result.
Note: This functionality will not be automatically available, please coordinate with your CSM to have this added to your workflow starting January 13th, 2022.
