Release 22.05
The 22.05 Release is scheduled for deployment to US Production on Wednesday, April 20th, Updates will be available in your production environment on Thursday, April 21st, 2022 unless otherwise noted. Included in this release will be net-new features in addition to enhancements to current features you may already be familiar with. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) should you have any questions about features in this release and their impact on you or your end clients! The Release to Canadian Production will be on Friday, April 22nd, 2022.
ENHANCEMENTS
MonitorX (ScanX Monitoring)
Problem: I want to use ScanX to monitor merchants in my portfolio after they are boarded.
Solution: ScanX Monitoring is here! The details below explain the new functionality, but please engage your CSM directly if you have interest in Merchant Monitoring to learn more about having this set up for you. Both the types of monitoring and the contracts you require will change depending on what you need!
There are three ways to initiate ScanX Monitoring:
Workspace
Publishing API
Scheduled Monitoring
Workspace Monitoring
If you select a completed scorecard in Workspace, you will see an option to Monitor in the action bar:
You will have the option to select the Scorecard Type you would like to launch, and also decide if you want to update any data before proceeding. If you choose to update data, the Scorecard will be launched in DRAFT mode. You will have the opportunity to edit fields and then click PUBLISH to initiate ScanX integrations.
Publishing API Monitoring
Monitoring can be initiated using AEX Publishing API (v3 and v4).
Add monitoringParentId
to your request:

monitoringParentId
is the AEX Short ID of any completed scorecard in your company. The new monitoring scorecard will be linked to this merchant record in AEX system (eg. Underwriter sees related History).
modelId
is the Scorecard Type you would like to launch.
You can also use the API to update merchant data in the monitoring scorecard. Contact support or your customer success manager to learn more!
Scheduled Monitoring
When you are approving merchants in ScanX, you can schedule monitoring events to take place at a future date. This feature does not appear automatically, but can be easily added to your company on request. Contact your customer success manager or support!

Description: With the anticipation of the New Workspace rollout, we have updated the password reset page to match the updated UI.

IRIS - Unsubscribe from Events
Problem: I subscribed to IRIS CRM Lead Status updates and now I can't turn it off!
Solution: You can now unsubscribe from IRIS CRM Lead Status updates by opening the credentials dialogue and selecting 'NO' for the subscribe to events option (click save). You can resubscribe again afterward.
Automatically Available: Yes, for customers utilizing the AEX IRIS CRM integration.
IRIS Multi-Scorecard Support
Description: As a user of the IRIS CRM integration, a user may want to launch different ScanX Risk Models using different status fields in the IRIS CRM Lead Record. ScanX now supports launching different risk models by subscribing them to different status values in IRIS CRM! There is no limit to the number of risk models you can launch instantly from within your IRIS CRM Lead.

ScanX Viewer- Assign UW
Description: When in the scorecard, I want to assign the scorecard to an underwriter in the scorecard viewer. You can now update the Assigned Underwriter in the ScanX viewer. Note that you must save after making the change. If you make a decision without having an underwriter assigned, the user making the decision is automatically set as the underwriter.

ScanX Viewer- Scorecard Draft Mode
Description: Before launching a monitoring scorecard in AEX, I need to manually update some of the Business or Owner data since it has changed since the last time the scorecard ran. With this new update, you can now launch a monitoring scorecard in DRAFT mode, make any changes you want, and then click the PUBLISH button to start running ScanX rules and integrations.

Bug Fixes:
Experian Business Owner Zip Code Update:
Description: Previously the Experian integration required 5 digit zip codes and if a 9 digit zip was entered in the Experian Business Owner Profile (Consumer Credit), a failure would occur. We have made a fix where AEX converts the 9-digit ZIP to 5-digit before sending Experian integration requests.
Who is impacted? Any ScanX Users who leverage the Experian Business Owner Profile (Consumer Credit) Report

Salesforce Integration Errors in Action Center:
Description: Salesforce integration errors were not showing up as failures in Action Center, so users are not made aware when a Salesforce postback is failing and thus, may miss actions within their instance of Salesforce. Action Center error handling for Salesforce postbacks is now fixed to show the correct status.
