Release 22.14
The 22.14 Release is scheduled for deployment to US Production on Wednesday, October 26th, 2022. Updates will be available in your production environment on Thursday, October 27th, 2022 unless otherwise noted. The Release to Canadian Production will be on Friday, October 29th, 2022 and will be available to users as of Saturday, October 30th, 2022. This release note includes net-new features and enhancements to current features you may already be familiar with. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) should you have any questions about his release and its impact on you or your end clients!
SCANX
ScanX Editor [FE] - Auto-Decline Review Status Override
Description: Currently if an Auto-decline score threshold is set, only scorecards with resulting decline flags are auto-declined. Scorecards below the auto-decline threshold with only resulting review flags are still sent to the Manual Review step.
Solution: ScanX Auto-decline can now auto-decline in the event that only Review flags are triggered. Previously if a merchant scored below the auto-decline threshold and there was no decline or prohibited flag triggered the scorecard would not have been auto-declined.
Automatically Available? To enable this feature, use the checkbox within the Score & Thresholds menu in the ScanX Editor.
Coming Soon- ScanX Lightning!
Problem: In some circumstances when you add an extremely high volume of rules to a Scorecard, certain integrations at high volumes have resulted in Scorecards running slower than desired.
Solution: We have some big-time improvements coming over the next few months - ScanX Lightning!

ENHANCEMENTS
Update to Fidelity API new authentication endpoint
Description: Since flash is now deprecated, a newer version authorization endpoint is available.
Solution: When prompted for Fidelity Wealthscape credentials, publishers will now be directed to Fidelity's newer Wealthscape login page.

Determine ordering of Transactions via Bulk Send CSV
Description: Transaction ordering within generated Cases does not follow the ordering defined in a Bulk Send CSV.
Solution: Transactions in the Signing Viewer will now appear in the order as defined in the Bulk Send CSV.

IRIS-Support For Record Sets SEND IRIS
Description: There was a limitation to sending repeating sets of data to IRIS.
Solution: Record Sets in IRIS can now be updated via Agreement Express' postback. Use this feature to ensure that repeating sets of data (ie, multiple owners) are updated within IRIS.

Integration Manager - [FE] - Import/Export Mapping Groups
Description: As a Company Admin who is configuring the integration manager for Salesforce, IRIS, or TSYS, I often have to make multiple mapping groups that are very similar. Today, this is hours of extra work and error-prone. This story is to add support for importing and exporting mapping groups in the Integration Manager.
Solution: The Integration Manager now supports Import/Export Mapping Groups. This includes support for IRIS CRM, Salesforce, and TSYS Express. You can import/export mapping groups from within the same company, or you can download/upload them across servers by using a file.

BUG FIXES
The phone number value still remains after clearing it on the recipient Landing Page
Description: Phone field/text widget (of rLP) retains value even after removal. This affects all environments/clients using rLP’s phone field.
Solution: Resolved an issue with phone number fields on landing pages not always saving when a phone number has been deleted.

Postal code prefix endlessly pre-appended
Description: When selecting a country that has a prefixed postal code (eg SE, FI, AZ, AX, LT) the linked postal code input field keeps repeating the prefix endlessly when data is entered.
Solution: Resolved an issue on postal code fields not handling postal codes for countries with prefixes in their postal codes.
