Account with Company Admin Role w/ Form Editor permission

Role: Company Admin
Security Profile should contain this permission: FORM_EDITOR_FULL_ACCESS

5.0 Instructions
5.1 How to Upload/Create a template
Go to Admin Page:
*For MV2 → Administrator → Templates
*For Workspace 2.0 → Administration → Templates
In the lower right corner, these is a + Icon. Click it.
To create a new template w/ your PDF - choose “New Form“ (Yellow Icon)
To upload a back-up file (compressed file - see 5.3) - choose “Upload Template ZIP“/Blue Icon
5.2 How to Locate Your Form
Go to Administrator
Choose Templates
Search the name of your template, and open it. *note: The Type of a Form is “Publisher“
Click the Pencil Icon to edit the form.
5.3 How to Make a Backup of your Form/Template
Before updating your PDF Form, please make a backup. Do this by clicking the 3 dot Icon, outside the template search
Click the “Download ZIP“. This compressed file will be your backup file.
The file is compressed. This contains the current version of the PDF.
Decompress the file. Inside, find the PDF form. You can use this form as a backup.
5.4 How to Update the PDF Background
Search the name of your template, and open it. *note: The Type of a Form is “Publisher“
Click the Pencil Icon to edit the form.
Inside the Form Editor App, click the 3 dot icon beside the “File Name“
Click “Replace Background PDF“, and browse your new version PDF Form
Upload Details pop-up will appear. Click “Replace“ button and “Confirm“ button.
5.5 How to move/adjust the location of text fields
There is a chance that your newer form has new page or adjustment in its content (ex. New Lines of Text). Do note that the coordinates/location of AEX Text fields and Signature Blocks will stay as is, according to the previous form.
In order to re-align back these Text Fields and Signature Blocks, you’ll need to follow the procedure below:
1.) If the misalignment is within the same page
→ Click the object → drag it to the right location.
2.) If the objects (Text Fields/Signature Block) are multiple + misalignment is within the same page:
→ Press/Hold Shift + Drag your mouse cursor around the multiple objects → Drag them to the
3.) If you need to move the object(s) to another page
→ If Sigle object: Click it, and right click your mouse → Choose “Cut“ → Go to the page where you want to paste it → Right Click again, and choose “Paste“ option
→ If multiple object: Press/Hold Shift + Drag your mouse cursor around the multiple objects → right click your mouse (to any of the selected object) → Choose “Cut“ → Go to the page where you want to paste it → Right Click again, and choose “Paste“ option
5.6 How to link a signature block to a date field
If you choose a signature block from your from, there is an option called “Link to Date Field”. This dropdown option will display all the date displays.
If you link a date field to a signature block, this date field is expected to display the signed date made by the signer (assigned in the signature block).
5.6 How to set a hyperlink/Interactive URL on top of a URL text on your form
Drag the Hyperlink tool from the tool panel in the left side of the Form Editor.
Put the Hyperlink on top of url/website text of your PDF background
In the Right Panel, edit the HyperLink URL and set the visibility to “Hidden Do Not Print“ (This will hide the interactive URL).
5.7 How to hit a form, and only display it to a particular signer (or a department)
In the right panel, under Controls - Choose Hidden
If you set a form as Hidden, it will be hidden by default to anyone except for signers/departments who have signature blocks in the form.

Recommendations
Name each field uniquely.
Flatten your PDF before replacing the Form Background
After your changes, hit save button before using the PREVIEW feature. You can use PREVIEW as a quick way to view your recent change. I still recommend to fully test your form by creating a sample transaction in staging (specially for forms that has multiple signing level).
