Team Views Administration Page is designed to help you customize your grids to allow both you and your team the ability to report on fields of your choice.

I. Product Objective
Team View Administration Tab is a dashboard that allows Company Administrators to add fields to Team View to allow for enhanced reporting by Company Administrators and Publishers.

Team View Administration Tab allows Company Admin the ability to extend both their monitoring and reporting capabilities
III. Intended Audience
This feature is targeted to Company Administrators/ Underwriting Managers ONLY.

Company Administrator User Profile

Company Administrators ONLY: How To Add Fields to your Team View
1. Ensure you fill out all columns (as pictured below):
Note: The Category & Column headers can be named anything, use these to write out a name that aligns with your needs (these header names do not change the functionality of the grid).
Refer to the accompanying field list provided by AEX to ensure you have the correct field names inputted into the correct headings.
2. Set Fields with Drop-Downs as below:
Field: Set as “Custom Field” in the drop-down
Custom Field: “Input the field name exactly as you see it from the spreadsheet provided by AEX”
Raw Type: Input “String”
Search Field Type: Input “Field”
Width: Input “0”
