AEX CORE UPDATES
SMS Messaging to replace Lexis Nexis for ID Verification
TDA Offerings
Why did we make this change? Many clients found that the LexisNexis process for identity verification was overly cumbersome. Oftentimes Lexis Nexis would request multiple personal details and users were having difficulty getting through the prescriptive questions.
Who is impacted by this change? All Clients subscribed to the TD Ameritrade Offering in Agreement Express.
Is any Action Required? Yes, please reach out to your CSM or support@agreementexpress.com to activate this feature as it is currently in “Pilot” Phase and will require Opting -In to activate.
Description: Core changes to support replacing TDA’s LexisNexis identification verification with SMS/Text messaging ID verification. SMS/Text messaging ID Verification is used for Fidelity, Schwab, and Pershing Offerings currently.
Changes you Will See:
Previous Behavior (Prior to Update):
1. Publisher creates document package
2. Publisher sends document package to end client
3. Client Receives Email
4. Client Receives Text Message to Open Email
5. Client clicks on link in email, inputs access code
6. Client completes missing information, registers their e-signature, completes LexisNexis verification including skill testing questions and signs the document.
New Behavior (With Update) :
1-5 - Same as above
6. Client completes missing information, registers their e-signature and signs the document.
Add Country Code Dropdown to EAP for Change Signer
Why did we make this change? Without a country code, end users will not receive a text message. Instead of forcing users to input a country code, we made it embedded into the platform so you do not have to think about it!
Who is impacted by this change? All Clients!
Is any Action Required? None! This will automatically be added into the platform.
Description: Country Code Dropdown has been added to the Change Signer function in Agreement Express. When a user changes a signer on an agreement and EAP is required, the user is now prompted to select a country code for the phone number. The country code will default to +1 if nothing else is selected.
Update Workspace FAB to display more groups
Why did we make this change? The FAB often contains multiple transactions but currently only allows 6 to be visible. Users were finding it challenging to know there were further options available so we extended the length of the panel to up to 15 groups to ensure all options were visible.
Who is impacted by this change? All Clients!
Is any Action Required? None! This will automatically be added into the platform.
Description: This update allows the Workspace Action Button (FAB) to display up to 15 transaction groups without scrolling. Previously it would only display four groups without scrolling.
Previous Behavior New Behavior
Landing Page Performance Enhancement
Why did we make this change? When landing pages are longer, the pages can take extended periods of time to load and we have heard that many are experiencing delays of up to 5 seconds when inputting data into fields. We know this can be frustrating and it can create delays in a process that should be seamless. We have made some performance enhancements to these landing pages so these delays should be reduced, if not eliminated completely.
Who is impacted by this change? All Clients using Responsive Landing Pages (Likely you are if you have been implemented in the last 1-2 years)
Is any Action Required? None! This enhancement is part of our core code. You will likely only notice a change in speed if you have longer landing pages, most shorter landing pages are not affected by the delay.
Description: Several changes have been made to landing pages to improve the speed and performance. You will primarily notice this enhancement if your landing pages are several pages long.
New! Merchant Lifecycle Services available from G2 | Verisk
Why did we make this change? AEX has partnered with G2 | Verisk to offer services to monitor merchants throughout their lifecycle. This new integration allows you the opportunity to monitor the risk of your merchants after they have been underwritten with AEX.
Who is impacted by this change? Existing or Prospective clients of G2 and AEX.
Is any Action Required? Yes! If you wish to add this service to your offering, please contact your CSM and be ready to provide your G2 Integration Credentials. If you do not currently have a relationship with G2 | Verisk, we are happy to put you in touch with our partner contacts.
Description: Upon completion of a Risk Scorecard, if the underwriter indicates that an agreement should be submitted for G2 Monitoring, this API is automatically triggered.
Merchant Lifecycle includes support for the following G2 Services:
- Persistent Merchant Monitoring (PMM)
- Transaction Laundering Detection (TLD)
You will be required to provide G2 Integration Credentials to enable this new feature. This feature is supported on the new AEX Scorecard Product (Merchant ScanXpress).
