AEX CORE UPDATES
Update Approvals panel to replace Decline button
Why did we make this change? Updates have been made to the Approvals panel to enable the new rewind by transaction feature in addition to including more intuitive messaging for its users. We are removing dialog and replacing a step with buttons on the Approval panel, which means fewer clicks and more clarity.
Who is impacted by this change? All Publishers and Company Administrators of Agreement Express in an Approver role will see this update.
Is any Action Required? No action is required in order to activate this new feature, it will automatically be available to you when utilizing the Approvals Feature.
Description: When an approval is required by a user they will now be presented with the updated approval panel. As an Approver, I can select Approve, Rewind, or Cancel directly in the MV2 Viewer. See the updated workflow below:
- Clicking the 3 dots the user will show the approval options:
- If the user selects ‘Decline and Cancel’ the user will be presented with the cancel dialogue and can proceed with cancelling the transaction:
III. If the user selects ‘Decline and Rewind’ the user will be presented with the rewind panel for the transaction and can proceed to rewind the transaction to the desired level.
IV. If the user selects ‘Approve’ the transaction will be approved and the user will get a confirmation message that there are no more pending approvals on the current transaction for that user. If there are additional approvals for that user on other transactions in the case the user will be taken directly to the next approval in the case. The user will no longer have to exit and re-open the case to approve the next transaction in the case:
V. When there are no more pending approvals in the case for the user they will be presented with a confirmation message “No more approvals for “email address”:
Change Signer Updates
Why did we make this change? Updates have been made to the change signer feature to include adding an EAP phone number for the new signer. This ensures that the net new signer is able to benefit from the Enhanced Access Protection feature.
