How do I communicate with my colleagues using Agreement Express?
Option 1: Comments
Why use Comments?
The comments feature allows Publishers, Company Admins, and Approvers to communicate with one another through notes on specific transactions.
Step 1: To access the comments screen, select the 3dot menu on the top right of the document
Step 2: Add your comment. You can select who you want to view your comment by clicking on the persons icon.
Step 3: Click Save. Your comment is now visible.
Option 2: Tags
Why use Tags?
Tags are used to indicate to others that you are working on a document package or indicate to yourself that a package is important and you need to follow up on it.
Step 1: Select and transaction in a case and go to the 3dot menu- Add tag
Step 2: Add your tag. It can be made visible to the whole company or just your Workspace. Select Add tag.
The tag will now display on the case and transaction
