Welcome to your Workspace
From a single view called Workspace, you can quickly review and take action on items that need attention. View the status of agreements, upcoming tasks, or those you have snoozed for later.
The intuitive environment of Workspace is built with ease of action in mind and reveals data as needed. One click filters between all documents and the ones assigned to you. Expand further into the status of any document to see who’s responsible and what the next steps are.

Reports
Your client and operational data is your technical advantage. Agreement Express offers insightful default and custom reports for easier, faster decision-making. Simply click the Reports tab and select your report.

Activity
Shows total transactions over a specific time frame
Using this report, you can track how your business activity is trending by reviewing published transactions against completed ones.
At a glance, you can see how many transactions were Published/Initiated and Completed for the specified reporting period.
Average Time
Shows Average Time to Complete a transaction in days, hours or minutes
Using this report, you can track how your business activity is trending by reviewing the average time to complete transactions.
Not in Good Order
Shows total transactions completed vs Not in Good Order Rate
Not In Good Order is the number of transactions corrected (rewinds) divided by the total number of completed transactions. This rate varies by transaction type, but anything over 20% is considered high.
Rewind by Reasons
Shows total number of transaction rewinds over a specific time frame
At a glance, you can view what errors were being made, how often, and for what reason, so you can identify potential areas for business process reengineering, additional training, template/form optimization and more.
Only the Reasons for Rewind that your company has configured are displayed.

Rewind by Users
Shows total number of transaction rewinds over a specific time frame
Using this report, you can track business and employee performance by frequency, for a specified time period.
At a glance, you can view how many errors were being made, by whom and how often, so you can identify potential areas for business process reengineering, additional training, or whether you need to add validation to templates/ forms.
Only the Reasons for Rewind that your company has configured are displayed.
Speed
Shows Duration to Complete a transaction in days, hours or minutes
Using this report, you can track how your business activity is trending by reviewing the duration to complete transactions
Status
Shows the quantity of transactions in a particular status during a specific time frame
Using this report, you can track how your business activity is trending by reviewing the quantity of transactions in a given status.
Visualization, filtering and exporting
The following options are available for each report:
- Can be viewed in Graph or Table format
- Can be filtered by Transaction Type, Team and time frame
- Can be exported to CSV

Productivity View
Productivity View is a powerful series of reports, combining predictive analytics and data visualization for the ultimate snapshot of company-wide operations. There are three views associated with Productivity View:

Productivity by Type
Displays statistics about the volume, speed and error rate for each Transaction Type configured within Agreement Express. It’s intended to provide a real-time view of the onboarding volume and how effectively the firm is processing this volume. This data is automatically collected and displayed for every configured Transaction Type within the company.
Team View
If Teams are configured for the company, then clicking on the corresponding drop down will allow you to toggle to the Team View. You’ll see similar statistics to the Transaction Type view, arranged by Team. Review the volume of transactions, for the selected time period, along with the historical performance by team. Use this data to determine how effectively teams are managing their transaction volume for the purpose of identifying bottlenecks, training opportunities or redistribution of work.
Landing Page View
Toggle into a view of your landing pages, if your organization has them set up. Use this data to determine the effectiveness of each individual landing page, process bottlenecks and areas of design weakness in forms and templates.

Transactions: 3 Dot Options List
- Open the Case to see the transaction.
- Select the 3-dot Option List
Resend: Resend the transaction
Forward: Forward the transaction to a third party
Add Tag: Highlight the transaction in your workspace by adding a tag
Transaction Type: Add a transaction type to filter and for reporting
Copy to New Transaction: Use the data already entered to copy to a new transaction.

Administrator
Users: Adding/Updating/Deleting
Company Administrators can add a user by selecting the Floating Action Button (FAB) and populating the following form. Company Administrators can update an existing User by selecting the security profile and modifying the displayed selections.
Edit Contact with the User’s:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Permission
All Agreement Express users are assigned one of three roles which allows different levels of access to Agreement Express. See p.1 for details.
- User
- Publisher
- Company Administrator
- Security Profile
- Select the Security Profile that matches the user’s role, if applicable
- By default, Publishers and Company Admins will be assigned the "can rewind and can cancel" Security Profile. This allows them to cancel and rewind transactions
- Can Unlock Secure Fields
- Selecting this will enable the user to view the data in secure fields by entering their credentials
- Once everything is complete, hit Save.
- If you have not added any Domains to your setup a pop-up will display like the one in the example to the right. This is a reminder only, and the new user can be added by clicking Yes.

This feature allows Admins to resend the welcome email to an unregistered use

Teams
Adding/Updating/Deleting
Serves two functions:
Function 1) Admin tool: You can create a Team to track and report transactions by each team.
Function 2) Department/Team signature: If you have a department signature as part of the workflow, this department is found under Teams. Any publisher or company administrator can be added to a team. Once an individual is part of a team, they will be able to sign on behalf of this department/ team.
Company Administrators can add a Team by selecting the Floating Action Button (FAB) and populating the following form. Company Administrators can update existing Teams by selecting the security profile and modifying the displayed selections. Selecting the Trash will delete the Team.
- Enter a Team name (cannot contain spaces)
- Select either Users or Teams
- Selecting Users will enable creating a Team of users
- After this team is created, the individual users who need to be members of this team can be selected
- Use Search to find specific users
Selecting Teams will enable creating a Team of Teams
- After this team is created, the individual teams that need to be members of this team can be selected
- Use Search to find specific Teams
- Select Create to save or Cancel to discard your entry

Add: Work Groups
Work Groups: A collaboration tool that allows multiple publishers and company admins to view and work collaboratively on individual transactions.
- Within Workspace select Work Groups from the left sidebar and click ‘Create New’. In the popup enter the name of the new Work Group

- Select from the list of users in the company.

- Once you have a Work Group you can share a transaction by hovering over the collapsed card in Workspace and clicking on the icon:

Security Profile
Adding/Updating/Deleting
Security Profiles control access to specific users to particular AEX features.
Company Administrators can add a Security Profile by selecting the Floating Action Button (FAB) and populating the following form. Company Administrators can update existing Security Profiles by selecting the security profile and modifying the displayed selections. Selecting the Trash will delete the Security Profile
- Enter a Team name (cannot contain spaces)
- Enter a Profile Name
- Enter a Profile Description
- Select Create to save or Cancel to discard your entry
- In the Security Profile window select the required Security Permissions
- Use Search to find specific Permissions
