Scenario:
You need to communicate to the client because you have either forgotten to request documentation from them or wish to communicate something to the client that you may have missed with the initial sending of the agreement.
If this is the case, you can use STICKY NOTES, CORRESPONDENCE, OR AEX EMAIL to communicate with your clients.
Option 1: STICKY NOTES
Why is it used? Drawing your client's attention to something they need to do and/or providing additional information on a question. Do note, sticky notes do not appear as a "forced" action on the document as the client is reading through a package. As such, if this is something required, you may want to send them an email through Correspondence to ensure they have seen the note.
Step 1: Select the Blue + button on the bottom right.
Step 2: Select the paper icon
Step 3: Place the sticky note and add the information
Option 2: CORRESPONDENCE
Why is it used? Did your client forget to add an attachment? Do you need more information? You can communicate directly with your client without leaving Agreement Express.
Step 1) Open the signing package
Step 2) Select the 3-dot menu and then the comments icon
Step 3) Select the Correspondence tab and write your request
Your client will receive an email with a link to add the attachments. Once the attachments have been added, the sender will receive a notification. The attachments will now be part of the package under the paperclip icon.
Note: The Correspondence Feature does not have API Support, but does have the option to be notified via email when someone responds.
