Rewind Feature at a Transaction Level
Why did we make this change?
The Rewind feature is leveraged when a change is required on a transaction. Previously when a Rewind was needed, an admin could only rewind an entire case even if only of the transactions required updating.
Who is impacted by this change?
All Company Administrators or Publishers with the permissions to Rewind will be able to leverage this new feature.
Is any Action Required? No action is required in order to activate this new feature. If you have specific concerns about how this change affects your clients, please feel free to reach out to your CSM directly.
Description:
Rewind functionality will now be on the transaction level rather than the case level. This allows users with rewind permission to rewind a single transaction in a case without affecting any other transactions in that case. Active transactions within a case can now be rewound individually regardless if there are any completed transactions within that case. The Rewind UI has also changed (see screenshot). Users now can view the workflow of the transaction and slide the level indicator to the desired level for rewind.
Enhanced Access Protection (EAP): All Signers to Authenticate
Why did we make this update?
In some cases, joint signers on a single package are using the same computer. In order to maintain security for both users, we needed to ensure both signers are prompted with their own unique code. Previously, sharing the browser meant the second signer could bypass the need to enter an access code.
Who is impacted by this change?
All joint signers.
Action Required: No action is required in order to activate this new feature.
Description: When two or more Recipients share a computer to electronically sign their application, they will be individually prompted to complete the Enhanced Access Protection security steps to ensure that they are authorized to open the application.
