How to include Optional Forms in a Bulk Send CSV.
In the CSV that is going to be uploaded for Bulk Send:
add one column for each Optional Form
in the header row (first row) of the column designated for the Optional Form, use this exact syntax:
replace <template_name> with the exact template name
addForm:Fidelity - Simple IRA Employee Kit
In each subsequent row (corresponding to each transaction) add a whole number to indicate how many of each optional form you want to include with the transaction
Automatically generate CSV with Optional Form columns
You can automatically create a CSV with the correct header columns to add Optional Forms by selecting the “Download CSV Template for Optional Forms” button in the Bulk Send UI. To get there:
Log in to MV2
click on the FAB
check “Bulk Send”
select your transaction
click “Download CSV Template for Optional Forms”
select all the optional forms and fields you want to fill out in the spreadsheet/CSV
click “Generate CSV” and save the CSV
This CSV file will contain columns for all the Optional Forms you selected in Step 6.
