Browser's extensions or add-ons can sometimes conflict with Agreement Express signing session(s), some of the possible impacts are:
1.) Sign dialog-box message, will not display
2.) Sign dialog-box message, will not allow you to sign some of your signature blocks.
3.) Slowness in your session; Some extensions are resource intensive (consumes CPU and Memory resources per browser's tab).
1.) Try to use your the private session:
- Incognito (Chrome)
- New Private Window (Firefox)
- InPrivate Browser (IE / Edge)
- Private Browsing (Safari)
2.) Access Agreement Express, or proceed signing your Agreement from your email.
3.) Check if your session is faster and allowing you see all of the pop-ups that supposed to display (ex. "Sign Dialog box" to sign a signature block)
There are two ways to resolve an extension conflict:
A. Uninstall the extension that conflicts with Agreement Express.
B. Disable the extension for Agreement Express site.
*note: After disabling/removing the extension(s), you will need to close the old browser's sessions before proceeding to use the Agreement Express Application.
