The Below Describes the Process for Net New Users of Agreement Express:
1.Once your email-address has been added in our system, you will automatically receive a Welcome email or a Welcome agreement.
*note: If you are sent an agreement before you are added into the system, a basic account will be automatically created for you, which is the same process as what would happen to an end-user as described here. With this account you cannot log into Agreement Express which will then need to be promoted to a higher permission level by a Company Administrator before you can log into Agreement Express.
2. Typically, the Subject is “Welcome to Agreement Express”.
*note: This can be customized upon request of the client.

3.) In the Welcome email, you will be asked to input your personal information, such as:
- First name
- Last name
- Security questions
- Digital signature
Two ways to create your digital signature:
- Through mobile number – Put your Mobile number and you will receive a link for “digital signature creation”
- Your phone should be connected to internet.
- Make sure that the mobile number is your personal mobile number (related to the email-address).
- Through your desktop/laptop – Below the “Mobile Number” field, there is a checkbox with a message “I do not have a touchscreen mobile device”. Put a check on it, then input your country/province/city and press Continue. You will be prompted with a blank box for your digital signature (and another small box for initial in the next page).
*note: You will be able to create a digital signature using a mouse or a touchscreen laptop/monitor.
4.) After pressing the OK button, please don’t forget to press the “Save and Send” Button when you return to the welcome registration form; This button will complete the processor of your welcome registration.
