My Agreement Express Password

Q: How do I create my Agreement Express password?

A: Once you have received an agreement, click on any of the spots where you have been requested to sign and fill in the registration panel.

Q: How do I change my Agreement Express password and/or security question?

A: If you are an Publisher or Company Administrator in Agreement Express, you can log into Agreement Manager and and click on Settings in the top-right to change your Agreement Express password and/or security question. If you do not have access to Agreement Express you can click on Forgot Password when signing an agreement to receive a password reset link else you can contact Recombo Support.

Q: Does my password ever expire?

A: Not usually however a company may have set passwords for their users (including those they sent an agreement to) to expire. If so, you will be notified when it's expiring with a change password link. Passwords can be changed at any time through the methods mentioned above.

Q: I have forgotten my password.  Is there a way to retrieve it?

A: No, only links to set a new password are sent. When signing, under the password field click on "Forgot Password"

You will be asked the security question you chose when you registered.

  • Answer the question.
  • Click “OK“
  • If the answer is correct, you will be emailed a link to set a new password.

Q: What if I have also forgotten the answer to my Security Question?

A: When prompted with your security question, click on Forgot Answer.

Q: What are the requirements for an Agreement Express password?

A: Agreement Express passwords must be at least 6 characters long however companies may have set their own requirements. When creating or changing your password you will be prompted with the requirements.

Q: I updated my password, and I'm sure I'm typing it in correctly, but I keep getting the "Incorrect Username or Password" error when I try to log in. Why?

A: Accounts under Agreement Express are broken down into three different roles: User, Publisher, and Company Administrator

While Publishers and Company Administrators can log into the Agreement Express website (https://agreementexpress.net or https://us.agreementexpress.net), accounts with the role of User cannot. User accounts can only view and sign agreements that are sent to them, but upon attempting to sign into the main website, the "Incorrect Username or Password" error will occur.

If you believe that you need to have publisher or administrator access, please reach out to an administrator of your company and ask to elevate your account's role. 

If you are getting this error while signing, despite successfully resetting your password, please reach out to your Administrator or support.

    When I click the ”Forgot Password” button it opens a response box but although I have the right answer to that question, pressing “Submit” does nothing.  If I enter the wrong password I do get a message to that effect but nothing happens otherwise.

    Also, the "Forgot Answer" button does nothing for me.

    I have tried using both Google Chrome and Edge in case it is a browser issue but no difference.
