The Agreement Manager is the administrative area of Agreement Express where Publishers and Company Administrators can send and track agreements.
You can log into Agreement Express using your unique user name and password provided by your company. By default Agreement Manager will load to the Dashboard.
1) The Documents and Reminders contains quick links to agreements you've published and/or are a signer on. Depending on your access, you may see additional options like 'Department Documents'.
2) The Updates, Help and Learning section includes posts from Recombo about product updates, outage notifications and other information.
3) The Templates section is a shortcut to any templates that have been marked as User or Company favourites within Template Manager.
4) The Folders blade shows all of your agreement folders. By default this section includes All Agreements, Unfiled and the Recycle bin but administrators can create their own folders to organize their agreements.
The left column is the main navigation for Agreement Manager.
The Search blade provides a variety to search for particular agreements. You can also save your searches for re-use later. The results will appear in a new tab to the right of the column.
*By default the search period is set to the last 90 days. To search with a different time period simply click on the dropdown or select specific dates.
Use the Templates blade to see the templates you have access to. From here you can edit and delete templates, set user and company favourites etc.. All templates you have access to will load when you first click on the template blade and then you select which company and template folder you wish to view.
