Download Data allows you to pull an excel report showing any information that has been entered into fields for the selected agreements. The selected agreements do not need to contain the same fields; when preparing the report Agreement Express will simply group similar agreements and add new headers when needed. These headers will show the field names so it is recommended you give each field a meaningful name. Standard information will also be added including:
Parent GUID (If part of a Document Package)
Template GUID (If created from a template)
Agreement GUID
Company ID
Agreement Status
File Name
Date Created
Date Last Accessed
