Building the best User Experience
Landing pages are the first place companies have to interact with their clients and creating a streamlined user experience is important in gaining trust and setting up positive working relationship.
On the right hand side of the page, the Signatures and Form Tools blade has all the options an administrator needs to create a landing page. They can customize it to their requirements in just a few steps.
Landing Page Functionality
Other options include radio buttons, check boxes and signature blocks. The Grid Lines function along with the ‘View tab order’ function allows the user to tab between fields in a defined order ensuring there is a logical flow to capturing the client information.
Administrators have several options for the kinds of information they can display on a company landing page. For collecting client information, adding text boxes is the most efficient way to quickly capture data to use in future agreements. Simply drag the icon from the Signatures and Form Tools menu on to the page and place it where you want it on the page. By enabling the Grid Lines function, the user can see if the boxes they created are within the lines and are proportional and symmetrical across the page.
Additional Field Attributes and Controls
The Field Attributes and Controls section enables the user to set how the software will process and store the data entered by the client on the landing page. These attributes determine how the fields will be seen by the client in terms of font size, font colour and height of the input box. These attributes also determine if the field is required or read-only, so the user knows which fields have to be completed. The Field ID and Field Name options are important in determining logic for how the information will be saved and re-purposed for future client interactions.
In addition to the method described above, past users have created their landing pages in Adobe Pagemaker™ and imported them into Agreement Express.
