Opening the Agreement

Q: I received an e-mail with an attachment to an agreement but I cannot click on anything.

A: Some e-mail clients will strip e-mails of any links for security purposes. Please contact Agreement Express support to be sent a usable link.

Q: I clicked on the attachment link in the e-mail but my internet browser displays a blank grey/black page.

A: Please ensure that the browser you are using has the Adobe Flash player installed; click here to download Flash player. Once installed please close the browser and then click on the link that was sent to you to launch the agreement again.
