If you need someone to review the agreement before it’s sent, you can add their email address in the Approval field. This will send an email that asks the user to review the agreement and allows them to make revisions and publish it themselves.
When an email address has been added to the Approval field, clicking on Send Now will give two options:
Send for Approval: This will send an email off requesting to recipient to review the draft and the agreement will automatically be saved as draft.
Send for Approval and View: This will send an email off requesting to recipient to review the draft and the saved draft will open in Agreement Express.
NOTE: Regardless of who created the agreement, the account that clicks on Save and Send to publish the agreement will be listed as the Publisher of the agreement.
The email that is Sent
The default message that is sent simply asks the recipient to review the agreement. While the message cannot be customized per email sent it can be customized at the company level. Please contact Recombo Support for more information.
