My Agreement Express Password

Q: How do I create my Agreement Express password?

A: Once you have received an agreement, click on any of the spots where you have been requested to sign and fill in the registration panel.

Q: How do I change my Agreement Express password and/or security question?

A: If you are an Publisher or Company Administrator in Agreement Express, you can log into Agreement Manager and and click on Settings in the top-right to change your Agreement Express password and/or security question. If you do not have access to Agreement Express you can click on Forgot Password when signing an agreement to receive a password reset link else you can contact Recombo Support.

Q: Does my password ever expire?

A: Not usually however a company may have set passwords for their users (including those they sent an agreement to) to expire. If so, you will be notified when it's expiring with a change password link. Passwords can be changed at any time through the methods mentioned above.

Q: I have forgotten my password.  Is there a way to retrieve it?

A: No, only links to set a new password are sent. When signing, under the password field click on "Forgot Password"

You will be asked the security question you chose when you registered.

  • Answer the question.
  • Click “OK“
  • If the answer is correct, you will be emailed a link to set a new password.

Q: What if I have also forgotten the answer to my Security Question?

A: When prompted with your security question, click on Forgot Answer.

Q: What are the requirements for an Agreement Express password?

A: Agreement Express passwords must be at least 6 characters long however companies may have set their own requirements. When creating or changing your password you will be prompted with the requirements.
