How To: Create a Custom Data Extract (.xls,.csv)

Scenario: A Company Administrator, Underwriter, or Publisher wishes to extract data with specific paramaters from the data present.

Solution: The reporting feature is not yet available in the New Workspace but is coming soon! In the meantime, should you wish to obtain specific data, you can leverage the use of “Custom Views” and Export CSV/XLS/XML to pull the data you need.

1. Log Into your Workspace

2. Either Create a Custom View or Search for a previously created view under “Manage Views”Find “Scorecards waiting on Me” Tab
   

   

   3. Click the View for the data you wish to extract.
   4. Select the 3-dot menu on the top right

   

   
   5. Click the file type you wish to download.

6. Data will pop up on the left side of your screen and appear in your “Downloads” Folder.
