SCANX
KYC Sitescan Report Link Expiration
Problem: KYC Sitescan Report Links are no longer working in the ScanX Viewer, but I still see the PDF KYC Sitescan report in the attachments menu. More specifically, seven days after the Sitescan report link is created, the link no longer works.
Why was this change made? KYC Sitescan has made a change to expire report links after 7 days. This change was made for data privacy & compliance reasons
Solution: If you attempt to click the 'KYC Report' link in the ScanX Viewer after the link is 7 days old, you will see a warning with a shortcut to access the report from the Action Menu > Attachments screen.
Automatically Available? Yes. In a future release, we will be enhancing our integration so that new links are generated on demand when clicking the 'KYC Report' link. In the interim, this fix will guide the Underwriter to where they can access the report.
Experian (Consumer) Credit Profile Report JSON API Enhancement
Problem: I am a new Experian customer looking to generate consumer credit reports (Credit Profile product) in ScanX. The legacy (XML) product is no longer supported by Experian for new customers, instead, we will require a connection to the new JSON-based Credit Profile API.
Solution: ScanX now supports the new Experian (Consumer) Credit Profile API.
Automatically Available? No. To utilize the new Credit Profile JSON API, customers will require an account with Experian that is configured for this product. Further, the new integration and related scoring rules will have to be added to your ScanX Risk Scorecard(s). Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager for more details.
Experian Credit Report XSLT (related to Experian Credit Profile Report API)
Problem: When using the new Experian (Consumer) Credit Profile Report, Underwriters require the ability to view the Credit Report in ScanX.
Solution: ScanX supports the ability to view the entire Experian Credit Profile Report by clicking the 'Credit Report' button on any Experian Credit Profile (JSON API) Scoring rules. The Credit Report includes the following Credit Report details: -Statement Alerts -Identifying Information (Names, Addresses, Employers, etc.) -Executive Summary -Bankruptcies -Inquiries -Trade Information
Automatically Available? Yes, if you’re using the new JSON API. To utilize the new Credit Profile JSON API, customers will require an account with Experian that is configured for this product. Further, the new integration and related scoring rules will have to be added to your ScanX Risk Scorecard(s). Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager for more details.
Experian Credit Profile - Alert on File (related to Experian Credit Profile Report API)
Problem: When using the new Experian (Consumer) Credit Profile Report, I want to trigger flags for manual review when there is a consumer statement message on a credit report. For example, a customer may add a warning to their credit report that they have been the victim of identity theft fraud - it's critical that Underwriters are aware of this when making a risk decision
Solution: ScanX now supports a scoring rule to indicate when there is a consumer alert on a credit profile report.
Automatically Available? Yes, if you’re using the new Credit Profile JSON API. To utilize the new Credit Profile JSON API, customers will require an account with Experian that is configured for this product. Further, the new integration and related scoring rules will have to be added to your ScanX Risk Scorecard(s). Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager for more details.
Experian Credit Profile - Scoring Rule Bankruptcies (related to Experian Credit Profile Report API)
Problem: When using the new Experian (Consumer) Credit Profile Report, I want to trigger flags for manual review when there is an open/active bankruptcy on the credit report.
Solution: ScanX now supports a scoring rule to indicate when there is a bankruptcy on the Experian Credit Profile Report.
Automatically Available? Yes, if using the new Credit Profile JSON API. To utilize the new Credit Profile JSON API, customers will require an account with Experian that is configured for this product. Further, the new integration and related scoring rules will have to be added to your ScanX Risk Scorecard(s). Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager for more details.
Experian Credit Profile - FICO Credit Score Rule (related to Experian Credit Profile Report API)
Problem: When using the new Experian (Consumer) Credit Profile Report, I want to trigger flags to review, recommend decline, or auto-decline a decision based on the FICO Credit Score.
Solution: ScanX now supports a scoring rule to trigger review, decline, and prohibited flags based on the FICO Credit Score returned. The rule supports FICO Models v2, V8, and v9.
Lexis Nexis CVI - Add IncludeDOBInCVI flag
Problem: In some cases, ScanX is returning different CVI scores for LexisNexis InstantID compared to manually inputting the data into the LexisNexis Portal. The reason for this is because ScanX is not sending a flag to the API to request the use of Date of Birth as part of the CVI scoring model.
Solution: ScanX now supports the ability to indicate that Date of Birth should be included in the CVI Score calculation for LexisNexis InstantID.
Automatically Available? No. In order to enable Date of Birth inclusion you will have to set LEXIS_NEXIS_INCLUDE_DOB_IN_CVI = 1 in the Credentials section of the Scorecard Editor for any scorecards that utilize LexisNexis InstantID.
