Release 23.02

The 23.02 Release is scheduled for deployment to US Production on Wednesday, March 1st, 2023. Updates will be available in your production environment on Thursday, March 2nd, 2023 unless otherwise noted. The Release to Canadian Production will be on Friday, March 3rd, 2023 and will be available to users as of Saturday, March 4th, 2023. This release note includes net-new features and enhancements to current features you may already be familiar with. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) should you have any questions about this release and its impact on you or your end clients!

ScanX Rerun Integrations - Updated Started Date/Time

Problem: When I rerun an integration in ScanX, the Date/Time displayed for that integration in the Action Menu > Integrations tab is not being updated correctly.

Solution: When you rerun an integration, the Action Menu Date/Time will be automatically updated to indicate when the integration was rerun.

ScanX- Update Task w/ ZIP Code Matching for Non-US Businesses

Problem: The KYC Sitescan Google Reviews scoring rule is not always able to find a ZIP Code match for non-U.S. businesses. More specifically, some countries do not support ZIP codes at all and they are frequently triggering the result indicating that no Postal Code matching result was found on google.

Solution: For non-U.S. businesses, ScanX will utilize the first result returned by the KYC Sitescan Google Rating results without performing Postal Code matching logic. For U.S. companies, ZIP Code matching validation will still be performed to determine the correct result.

ScanX- TINCheck Error 17 > Treat it as an integration failure in the ScanX Viewer

Problem: When TINCheck: IRS EIN Lookup, SSN lookup, & TIN Verification indicates that there is an IRS Outage, which is identified by returning error code 17, ScanX does not make it clear that there was an issue with the integration.

Solution: When TINCheck: IRS EIN Lookup, SSN lookup, & TIN Verification returns error code 17, indicating an IRS Outage, ScanX will display an integration error warning in addition to triggering a risk review flag.

UPDATE to Release 23.01- Wednesday, February 8th, 2023

ScanX ***NEW- KYC Sitescan - Prohibited Phrase Count Rule Update

Problem: I want to understand which words are being flagged by KYC Sitescan Prohibited Phrases search without having to open the KYC Report PDF in all of my scorecards. In turn, this will enable us to request updates from KYC Sitescan to our prohibited words list.

Solution: A new field is added to ScanX if this rule is in use. This field will be populated with a comma-separated list of words found by the KYC Sitescan web crawl, along with the number of times they were found on the business website.
