Agreement Express Release Notes
The 23.01 Release is scheduled for deployment to US Production on Wednesday, February 8th, 2023. Updates will be available in your production environment on Thursday, February 9th, 2023 unless otherwise noted. The Release to Canadian Production will be on Friday, February 10th, 2023 and will be available to users as of Saturday, February 11th, 2023. This release note includes net-new features and enhancements to current features you may already be familiar with. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) should you have any questions about this release and its impact on you or your end clients!
WORKSPACE: New Workspace Cutover
*NOTICE* MV2 Workspace and SimQ Dashboards will no longer be accessible.
If you attempt to log in to MV2 or SimQ, you will be automatically redirected to the New Workspace. If specific users in your company require access to these legacy environments, please contact email@example.com or your customer success manager.
ScanX Lightning - Skip Scoring Rules if First Name, Last Name all match other entity data
Problem: In some cases, if the Control Person is the same as one of the Business Owner(s), or if identical data is sent for two different owners (eg. Owner 2 and Owner 4), then ScanX can end up running duplicate checks on the same information.
Solution: ScanX now performs a check to see if the First and Last Names are identical for two different entities. If the name data is identical, then any rules configured for both entities will skip the second version. In turn, this will drive cost-savings for third-party integrations.

Attachments -Disable Original File Type Attachments
Description: In the Signing Viewer, I want to restrict signers and publishers from uploading non-PDF format attachments since it can impact my downstream systems.
Solution: A new company setting will hide the 'Upload and keep original file type' attachment option from all users.

Attachments- Signing Viewer Relocation
Description: As a signer or publisher, I cannot easily see if there are attachments in my signing form package.
Solution: A number of updates have been made to the Signing Viewer, including:
1. Improved visibility of attachments in the left-menu, including the ability to preview attachments
2. Added the ability to add new attachments in the left-menu
3. Added the ability to delete attachments in the left-menu
4. The previous attachment buttons in the 3-dot menu are removed

Workspace - Minor Workspace UX/UI updates
The Personal Settings menu will close automatically when switching companies
The 'Assign to Workgroup' button is removed from the Action Bar. This feature has been replaced by Work Groups - contact your customer success manager to learn more
Updated the deactivated button color for 'Save View' to make it easier to see
