Release 22.17

The 22.17 Release is scheduled for deployment to US Production on Wednesday, January 18th, 2023. Updates will be available in your production environment on Thursday, January 19th, 2023 unless otherwise noted. The Release to Canadian Production will be on Friday, January 20th, 2023 and will be available to users as of Saturday, January 21st, 2023. This release note includes net-new features and enhancements to current features you may already be familiar with. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) should you have any questions about this release and its impact on you or your end clients!

SCANX

ScanX- ScanX Viewer KYC Sitescan Rerun Indicator

Problem: As an Underwriter in ScanX, I sometimes need to update Business, Owner, or Website data and rerun KYC Sitescan. When KYC Sitescan rerun is occurring, there is no visual indicator to show that it's in progress or when it's completed.

Solution: When you rerun KYC Sitescan in ScanX, the Integrations Running indicator will display - similar to when a scorecard is created and first running integrations.

Note that when you rerun KYC Sitescan the Scorecard is locked for editing. We recommend keeping it locked until the webcrawl is completed and the updated data is refreshed automatically. If you must make a decision, you can click the 'Edit Anyways' button.

ScanX- Disable Auto-decisions on Recalculate and Rerun

Description: In some cases when an Underwriter performs a recalculate action in ScanX, or they rerun a scoring rule and receive an updated result, the Scorecard will result in an auto-approve or auto-decline result based on the updated score and flags. This is confusing because the Underwriter is already performing their manual review and do not expect an automated decision to occur.

Solution: ScanX will no longer auto-approve or auto-decline scorecards once they are being reviewed by an Underwriter.

ENHANCEMENTS

Workspace- Hide Launcher

Description: My company creates all of our Scorecards, Landing Pages, or Signing Forms via API. We do not use the 'LAUNCH' button in Workspace and want to remove it.

Solution: Company Admins can now hide the LAUNCH button from the Administrator > Launcher Configuration menu.

Reports- Time unit Toggle (Days vs Hours vs Mins)

Description: In the New Workspace Reports that include time-related metrics, the data always displays in days. It is important that we are able to see this data in hours or minutes.

Solution: The Time to Close and Underwriter Activity reports now support a time unit toggle to switch between Days, Hours, or Minutes.

BUG FIXES

Scoring Rule: MCC Days to Delivery - Remove Non-numeric characters from the input field

Description: The Scoring Rule MCC Days to Delivery does not work properly if there are non-numeric characters in the input field (eg. Business_FutureDaysDelivery = “7 days”)

Solution: Added handling for this rule to automatically remove non-numeric characters from the field Business_FutureDaysDelivery before performing rule logic.
