Objective: The purpose of this document is to inform you on how to resend a transaction to an end user. You may need to do this in the following scenarios: Your client did not receive your email, your client received the email a while ago but just wants it “at the top of their inbox” or…?
Intended Audience: Publishers or Company Administrators of Agreement Express
In Workspace, select the Transaciton that you would like to resend.
Select Resend in the Action menu.
3. Select the individual to whom you would like to resend the agreement.
