The purpose of this document is to demonstrate how and when a launch code can be used. On rare occasions, when sending an agreement via AEX, the email is not received by the recipient. The options are to a) verify that the email address is correct and resend or b) provide a link along with a launch code to access the agreement.

Workspace Publishers and Company Administrators (typically someone sending agreements using AEX)
4.1 Retrieving the launch code
Select the applicable agreement.
Select Resend in the Action Menu.
3. On the Resend pop-up, you will be presented with a URL as well as the launch code. It is recommended that you email the link to the recipient and then call them with the launch code.
It is important to note that a launch code is only active for one hour therefore it is recommended you call the recipient with the launch code. In addition, the launch code changes each time you or someone else selects Resend on agreement.
